I really wish I'd checked the reviews before I hired them. I also purchased the LivingSocial special for up to 800 feet, but when I called to make the appointment I explained that I would like an on-the-spot quote to do the balance of my home. I picked everything I owned up off the floors and waited. And waited. Their window of "2-4" somehow meant calling me at 3:05 to say they were 25 min away. So, I dropped everything, collected my pets into the master bedroom & closed the door (3 skittish cats) and then waited even more intently. They arrived at 4:15 (meaning 70 minutes later AND outside of their time window. They then insisted they START with the master bedroom... because it would be easier for THEM. Annoyed, I said fine, give me 10 minutes to catch & move 3 animals from the master bed to the guest bath (a furless room they are never normally allowed into). As soon as I agree to go move my pets, they start dragging equipment in, making a ton of noice, and bringing in hose -- meaning my front door was wide open. They then turned the hose ON apparently just as I was coming out of my bedroom with cat #2 of 3. Needless to say, I was clawed to hell as I tried to stuff cat #2 into the new room amidst the noise and the strangers. So, now I'm bleeding and cat #1 escapes STRAIGHT TOWARD THE FRONT DOOR. Long story shorter, 15 minutes later I am hot, tired, bleeding and still recovering from my heart stopping when a member of my family bolted for the door. All 3 pets + my husband trying to calm them down are hunkered in a tiny bathroom. I go outside and the guys are now "debating if they feel comfortable" doing the job. I explain they were late, I am hot/tired/bleeding and I already took the time to pick everything up. They begrudgingly come back in and start work, only to keep pausing to ask if I am about to kick them out, just because I am following these now hostile strangers around my home to make sure nothing walks away. Mind you, this means I am upstairs and my front door is still wide open unattended. They finish upstairs and as they are moving downstairs they start banging the door of the 1 room my pets are in. I yell for them to stop and that area is clean enough, no improvement on the location. Finally, the guy walks down stars to get something and leaves the swealing hose attachment right in front of that door! I ran over picked it up and moved it downstairs. THEN: downstairs in the family room I have to move my entire sectional myself (5'6" girl here, strong enough, but annoyed) while 2 grown men watch me and do nothing, and THEN when I am struggling to move it back so they can do they kitchen, I see them throwing my CLEAN dining room upholstered chairs around like they are lawn furniture. I will NEVER ever hire this company again. The carpet is cleaner, but it took closer to 12 hours to dry, not 4 as guesstimated, and AT WHAT REAL PRICE?

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Wish I'd read the reviews first. Purchased Living Social special for 800 sq ft. They called four hours before my appt to say they were on their way. I dropped what I was doing and raced over there. Then, they called to say they'd be 45 mins late. They did not use a "deep steam cleaning, truck-mounted system" as claimed on the voucher. They merely sprayed with a sprayer while complaining that it wasn't working properly, and buffed with a floor buffer. There was no vacuum or extraction process. Seems like they just shuffled the dirt around. The carpet looks no better, and there is no fresh smell. When I called the owner, they said this is what they do for commercial units (although I specifically asked if the service was the same for commercial units before purchase), and it actually "works better." They also said they did not want to be liable for any damage to commercial flooring, although I had a wonderful truck-mounted steam clean done last year from another company. I guess you get what you pay for. At this point, I'm hoping for no damage or new bad smells tomorrow. Looks like I'm going to have to pay for another real company to come and do the job right.

Addendum: Just called a real company and they said what AZ Clean Tech did was classic bait & switch. Everything they told me about the "risk" to my carpet using the carpet mounted steam system was BS. They are coming in an hour to do the job right.

The coffee stains that have been there for 5 years have vanished, and the carpet looks BRAND NEW! I am delighted! Arizona Clean Tech also totally restored area rugs and a sofa that I was ready to toss out, and they're now LIKE NEW as well ... worth every penny!â??

This is the absolute WORST company I have ever done business with. I purchased a Groupon for upholstry cleaning with them for $39. It included a sofa and loveseat and the only fine print was that it needed to be in Maracopa County. I booked the appointment and when the man came to clean the couches, he told me that I did not tell him that it wasn't microfiber and that there would be a $116 upcharge for that. I was completely outraged and told him that if there was different pricing depending on different materials then that should have been stated in the fine print but because it was not, I should get what I paid for. After aruging with me for 10 minutes, he tried to guilt trip me by saying that he would do it but it would "come out of his own pocket." He cleaned them for maybe 10 minutes and left.

I then called Groupon to complain and they were so wonderful and immediately apoligized and refunded my money (without me even asking). They were the only good thing about this whole ordeal because when I called the number for Arizona Clean Tech, the man that answered yelled at me and told me that he did not care about what I had to say and that he is a good business man. He did not take ownership of his mistakes and proceeded to blame me for what happened. He told me to stop talking to him and that it was not his problem. This company is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! The other reviews have to absolutely be fake.

I think this company is a scam! We prepaid for what sounded like a great deal on Groupon, then scheduled a cleaning. They gave me a two hour window of when they would show up. They never did, and they never called. They don't answer the phone, just a recording that goes to a full mailbox.

I got suspicious, and went online to look at reviews. I don't care how good a company or service is, nobody gets gleaming 5 star reviews 100% of the time. Most, if not all of the reviews have to be fake. I've been duped! Next on my list is to contact the BBB and Groupon.

Great Service!. If you are looking for a super carpet cleaning job, call this cleaning company. I would recommend them to anyone. I have a baby, a toddler and two cats… Believe me… I have a lot of stains on my carpets. They were able to get all the stains out and I'm completely satisfied with the results. They were very patient and polite. There's nothing better than a clean carpet.

Amazing. They made my life so much easier! We were have a one-time clean for a graduation party the next day and they were amazing. They were so kind and completely thorough. My house sparkled. With 2 teenages and a 90 pound dog that is not easy! Thank you.

Could Fake Cleaning Reviews Really Be This Easy. If I were to spend money with a cleaning company should I spend it with one that make Fake looking reviews. Maybe they didn't? Maybe someone else decided to make all these 5 star fake reviews?

Seems sort of like a ripoff, not saying it is, but all these strange 5 star reviews seem fake...
