had a great experience with MTL. I did my research before I took out a loan , I realize that a title loan is much different than refinancing a vehicle, I believe this is where people get confused. I had a plan how to pay off my loan before I even signed the contract. There were no hidden surprises, everything was upfront and honest. I LOVE the staff!! Great people , great business, great experience . Thank you MTL

Upon calling Maxium Title Loans they tell you on the phone that the title loans are NOT based on any type of Credit Checks, in fact they will tell you that they do not do Credit checks. This is LIE!!! THEY PERFORM A SOFT CREDIT CHECK & IT SHOWED UP ON MY CREDIT REPORT!! I was not given a loan due to a PAID judgement something that was not told to me on the phone. This company does not allow any application to be started over the internet or via Fax, you MUST go into their office for them to tell you NO!

Not 10 minutes after leaving Maxium Title Loans, I called Southwest Title Loans did a application over the phone got approved Twice the amount I asked for (but only borrowed what i needed) went signed the papers & I was on my way with a BETTER interest rate than Maxium.

Stay away from Maxium they Lie! If they lie about the Credit checks... what else will they lie or do??? If I could give them a negative star I would. Please don't thing this review is based on me being bitter about being denied it is not! It s because I was lied to on the phone & in their office! Heck now I wished I would have believed the Reviews on the BBB website, I now agree with those posters this company needs HONEST Customer Service policy! Stay away!!

The helped me get money fast!. I called late on a Saturday and was able to get someone to help me pretty quickly. I was pretty desperate for some cash and they walked me through the process of getting a loan off the title of my Honda. They help people get money fast for sure!

Very helpful staff. Thank you for helping me with my loan! I was very nervous about getting a title loan but the staff at Maximum was helpful and walked me through the process. I would use their services again.
