Not great if you are in a hurry. Employees will stand around instead of helping at the cashier if there is a line.

Great bagels but awful customer service. 4 out of 5 times I'm there, they are out of everything bagels.

Einsteins these clerks are not. They don't know what goes on sandwiches, comes with them, or how to cut them. Double check your order.
