Hard work and precise communications. Emails and phone calls always answered. We don't live nearby so we had some fears that this could be frustrating, but they made it so easy. Very happy with their services. Within a day of signing with them I had a new tenant ready to go and since then everything has been done right on schedule. They take care of everything and I don't even have to worry about it.

I'm very happy with the service I've received from Arizona PM over the last few years. They did a great job preparing my property for new tenants. Advertising was done right, bringing in enough people to apply and they gave us great choices from the applicants for us to make the final decision. Our current renters are great and we've been consistently pleased with the services I have received from Arizona Property Management.

Before I moved out of state, I rented a home from this management company and every minute was great. It was simple and not complicated to rent from them. If I ever had a problem or needed something from them, they took care of me. I only moved out of the house because I moved to CA.

I own multiple properties in many cities including Phoenix. I've had experience dealing with a bad leasing and management company, and realizing my mistake I decided to look for a better one. After months of market study I decided on Arizona Property Management and Investments. Since then, I've seen great improvements in every aspect of the service. I am also very pleased with their quick response to my inquiries.
