great massage terrible manager. This location is clean and relaxing with very reasonable prices. Both times I have been my appointments were with Amy, she was professional and seemed to really care about and enjoy her job. When I signed a 12 month contract after my first visit I am positive that I (and my husband) were told you could gift your pre-paid visits. He made an appointment for himself but was unable to make it so he called and asked if I could have his appointment and was told yes. After I finished his appointment (that had already been paid for) I was charged the full amount. When asked why I was being charged I was told there is no such thing as gifting a pre paid and this is what I owe. My husband and I both agreed that we were told that you could gift them since we both have contracts. He called and the manager and was told you should have read your contract before calling and that he was trying to take advantage of them. I cannot understand how he could possibly be taking advantage of them when the massage had already been paid for! Yes, I should have read the contract better and maybe I misunderstood being told that you can gift your pre-paid massages but I do not find it acceptable, professional, or decent to be told that we are taking advantage of them. I am shocked that a manager or anyone would talk like that to a paying customer! I am obligated by contract to pay for 11 more visits but I will not return to this location. One persons extreme rudeness caused 2 people to never return to this location and we will not renew our contracts. I would rather pay more but be treated with a little bit of professionalism.
