Not Great/ Not Terrible. The location was convenient for me and the grooming location was okay (bland decor). All dogs are groomed toward the front of the store - where you can watch if you'd like. Getting an appointment was very easy and they were very kind on the telephone. However, I was not impressed by lackadaisical staff members...they were not very excited to meet a new dog/client. The pricing was decent but the grooming was sub par. Our dog was shaved to look like another breed of dog, had a razor cut on his nose and there was a lot of shaved hair left in his ears ( something you should always check after grooming - so dogs don't get an ear infection). I don't believe that I will bring my dog back to this groomer, but they seemed busy with lots of little dogs - so maybe it just takes some time for them to establish relationships with the dogs and customers. Also, to learn how to groom your dog to resemble their correct breed.
