Joleen s has great prompt communication via phone and email! Donna gave laughs over the phone and shes been great as well!!!! Tore has been amazing! SHe Took the time to communicate amongst the group and her flexibility! I understand it s hard to work last minute appointments to view a property but she always managed to squeeze us in and always be on time!

It goes without saying that thus far we are impressed with the company and glad we made the right choice! They are stuck with us for a year (perhaps more) haha! We look forward to more laughs and most importantly enjoying the property they helped us choose.

HomeLovers is great. I am extremely happy with HomeLovers. If it was not for thier fast and reliable service to us, we'd would probably be stuck renting an apartment. After 4 days of searching on my own, HomeLovers made it easy and made it happen. Over all, the staff at HomeLovers has been an outstanding resource for our rental home search and I will continue to use them for future houses. My wife and two boys owe it to the staff at HomeLovers for finding our future home.

Property Managers. I've noticed that it's not the contract but the Property Managers that make the difference between property management companies- Lori (at HomeLovers) has been very helpful in every way. She followed up with everything and kept my abreast of everything I needed to do.

Everyone at HomeLovers has been GREAT!. So far, everyone that I''ve dealt with with Home Lovers has been great. We just moved into our house, so the relationship has been short so far, but I''ve been very pleased. Leslie [the property manager] has been very helpful. Yesterday, Mark from the maintenance team was here, and he also did an awesome job and was GREAT to deal with. I spoke with the head of maintenance on the phone, I believe his name was Duffy, and he was very nice and very helpful as well. Thank you HomeLovers so much!

Caution advised with Homelovers, LLC. We hired HomeLovers to manager our Phoenix area rental approximately two years ago. Noel Pulanco worked with us in the beginning. I will say he was very pleasant and helpful at first. However after we signed with him, he was nothing but rude and uncooperative. If you search his name on the internet, you'll read a common thread of his behavior - I'm not saying anything that hasn?t been stated about him before.

HomeLovers has a nice online system for renters and owners; but I will say they are very expensive and don?t offer good customer service to support their high fees. BEWARE IF YOU CANCEL MID YEAR, they will charge you property management fees for the remainder of the year, regardless of the situation. Other fees such a mandatory walk through each year to access the property, a yearly property mgmt. fee (outside of your monthly fees), etc. are ridiculous. Also, I would suggest not using them do any home repairs on your behalf. We did for painting of the inside of the house and it was a terrible job.

At final walk through of the property, HomeLovers never noted a shower head missing from the master bath (there was just a pipe sticking out of the shower wall), or missing blinds or burners from the stove. And of course we had to pay a fee for this final walk through - only to find out later they missed these items and were later at our expense.

Finally, there is a reason that they are no longer members of the BBB. Their membership was revoked on 1-13-2011, and they are rated an F with the BBB.
