Just wanted to let you know that the delivery of my Optima by Kieran Murphy has been exceptional. He is always available to assist me, even three weeks after buying, providing his expert help to a technologically-challenged person(me!)with my Bluetooth and iPhone, as well as functions of my car. I had leather seats put in my Optima and it was done quickly and seamlessly -- he made sure my car was perfect when I picked it up.
Being in sales myself, taking care of the customer during AND after the purchase is very important -- and Kieran does just that. My car-buying experience with your dealership has been great.
Kieran helped me by replacing the Kia symbol on the front of my Kia soul due to bubbling on the glue used. He even came and got the car from my work since I have been too busy with my new job. He is a gem to work with!

Foremost among your star performers was Dave Archuleta. \"Arch\" persevered through a sales situation where, it turned out, I was asking for something that couldn\'t be delivered. The deal could have fallen through at several points, but Arch found a way to make it work, and I ended up with a good car and a good deal.
