Excellent, Reliable Company. We had a short move from the downtown apartment to midtown. We chose MSA Moving Company in Phoenix simply because they were recommended by a friend, and were also the least expensive we found. These guys were fast, courteous, and did everything possible to protect our stuff. I was shocked that the move was completed so quickly. We'd minor damage to our bed, and when I pointed it out for them, they offered to pay the entire expense of the repair, well beyond what we should were insured for. The damage was so minor, and really beyond their control, so that I decided to not even pursue it. If we have to move again, we will be using MSA Moving Company.

They are quick and expert!. I heard a lot of stories from my friends about moving companies, coming into this move I had been very doubtful about everything, but in the second these guys started working it was like watching art happening, everybody did their job in amazing coordination. I had been tired only from watching them. MSA Moving Company is a great company and I will never move with every other company.

Wonderful Moving Company!. I moved my business in Phoenix to a new location. I had many valuables which were very high priced including paintings, sculptures and numerous works of art that were irreplaceable. I had heard about MSA Moving Company and decided to call them to obtain an estimate. I was greeted by a very courteous sales representative, who reassured me of MSA Moving Company excellent level of service, as I was very nervous with all of the expensive items I had to move. Every piece was moved without even a scratch on it. The movers knew just how to wrap and pack the items. They were the greatest bunch of guys, and turned what might have been a very stressful experience, into one of the best moving experiences. I will unquestionably be using them again for any future moves, and can highly recommend them.

Great Moving Company!. I hate moving, but they actually managed to get an enjoyable experience! MSA Moving Company were punctual, friendly, helpful and helped me stay calm during my move. I'd some very difficult pieces to move, some with great sentimental attachment, and they treated it with the greatest of care! Any questions I had they answered plus they obviously knew the things they were doing. I would recommend MSA Moving Company to anybody who wants a hassle free move.

Excellent, Efficient Service. I did a lot of online research into well-rated Phoenix moving companies and known as a number of movers for quotes. MSA Moving Company gave me the best hourly rate, and I decided to go with them. The three movers were promptly, very professional, and incredibly helpful. They completed my move to a new studio in lust a few hours, and everything arrived within fine condition. The charge at the end of the move was as decided, although there were a couple additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for the couch and a bag for that chair. Overall, MSA Moving Company made moving day manageable. Five stars and I would definitely recommend them.

Allstate movers said 4 times that my move was good to go - and once I signed an agreement, paid my deposit - they emailed (couldn't even call) to let me know they didn't have a truck available. Once I mentioned my signed agreement as well as verbal email agreements - they rudely mentioned "i waited to long to contact them and I should have contacted two separate moving companies". There are much more responsive and respectful companies out there - I wouldn't waste your time risking this experience. (3 days before my move they cancelled - and this was a multi-state move. Try someone who actually has 24 hour customer service - All state is a small company with a small office, they don't care if they mess up!

Very movers!. It had been my first move, so naturally I've lot and lots of questions, and many types of were answered patiently from the very patient Christi who won my company with the professionalism. Every little detail she provided and my husband when we conference called in regards to the hourly price and extra cost of supplies, was a big help on the move day. We were packed and ready for the movers, and had an easy, surprise free move. Well, no bad surprises anyway. There were nice ones: they provided an arrival window of 8:000-10:00am, and arrived on 8:05. That has been a good start and I was glad the day kept going in that direction. These were always smiling, even with the super hot day I ended up moving on. MSA Moving Company made my move quick and easy.
