My insurance company referred me to this shop to handle my recent claim and I have never experienced better customer service and professionalism. They expained everything to me and delivered my car to my home when the repair were completed. My car looks great and I got it back one week ahead of schedule. I will refer this shop to all of my friends and family.
I have used Certified Collision four times now on four different vehicles of mine. Every time they are so great to work with, the vehicles are always on time and look better than before they were wrecked. They really go above and beyond for their customers.

I just wanted to let you know how wonderful I have been treated by Corey Miller, the center manager on Cooper Road in Gilbert, AZ. We recently leased a new car and unfortunately it has been backed into twice and received some strange dents on the hood. Corey is a calm, knowledgeable presence in an otherwise extremely stressful situation. He assisted me quickly and professionally on everything I requested of him.He is attentive and listens patiently to my concerns and answers all my questions in terminology that I can understand! Corey went above and beyond with the customer service. The center is also very clean, neat and comfortable that a woman feels at ease walking in, which is another reason why I recommend Certified Collision Centers when I'm asked by a friend/aquaintance.
Most incompetent shop ever!!!!!. This shop was one of the options my insurance company provided. I have never been so disapointed in my life. They did take the time to explain the cause of the mechanical issues that remained after I picked up my vehicle the first time. The only problem was that the explanation kept changing and none of the explanations made any sense to begin with. The really horrible part was that they couldn't even get the painting of the vehicle correct, I understand that they are not mechanics and that my vehicle is a bit complicated but I counted 8 seperate paint issues in the 3 body panels they painted. They also charged my insurance company for work that wasn't performed and parts that were not replaced. They were also very poor at communication, the manager told me on multiple occasions that he did not recieve my emails and I did not recieve his. After I involved my insurance company rep and asked for him to "reply all" for all emails, he was not capable of even doing this simple task. In the end I took my vehicle to another shop to have the work completed (for the third time). Maybe your luck will be better than mine but I'd advise against using their services. The fact that I am taking this much time to write this should explain how dissatified I am with this company.

The manager Corey was so knowledgeable, he explained every thing on the estimate for me and to my suprise had the car done two days early. So if you need your car fixed I recommend these guys.
