Bad washing. We hire these people to clean for us but I cannot allow my kids to be playing on the "washed" carpet. I was still dirty.

cleaned without taking a break. I called up this company for some carpet cleaning since thanksgiving is coming soon. They arrived to my home on time and cleaned my carpet without having a break. Impressive indeed.

needed some tile cleaning. I noticed that my restroom needed some tile cleaning. Black spots at corners were visible and I don't want to explain it further. I called up this company and headed to my house as scheduled. The employees were good and didn't say a thing about the issue. They cleaned it in more that an hour and I thought I was in a different restroom. Good job!

I would understand if they only called.. They scheduled my cleaning one time and they did not came. I was waiting the entire day with my nose itchy hoping that they will arrive anytime soon. No one even called that they have personnel shortage. I would understand if they only called.

Thank you. I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the job your technician did. He called and gave us an approximate time he would be here, which is always appreciated. He came in and was very professional, explained the procedures and the price was fair. Even though we have our own carpet cleaner I will be calling to use your services again, it's so much easier.
