Better experience.
My first ever experience with a locksmith was horrible. I'm not sure if it was that specific company or all of them, but I was hesitant to give them another change. I was kind of desperate this time because I lost the keys to my car so no matter what I needed help.
Called around for the best prices and Surprise Lock & Key offer the lowest. Technician came by and was actually really nice and quick to get a set of keys made.
My second experience with a locksmith was good this time around. I'm guessing it was just that specific lock service that I called before that was rude because these guys were very nice and customer friendly.

neighbor recommended. Long story short, I was locked outside of my house because I forgot my key and when my neighbor finally got home she suggested I call you guys. You helped her once before.

Emergency service. I love you guys, seriously !!! You literally saved me from waiting four hours for my boyfriend to come bring me my spare key. It only took you guys 30 minutes to get to my car and getting it open.

Great Service. I think that Surprise 24Lock and Key has one of the best locksmith service here in Surprise, AZ. They do a very good job and they have very fast locksmith. Very pleased!!

Thank you. I was going on my morning job and when I came back to my house I noticed that I didn't bring my house keys with me. So I had to call Surprise 24 to get it open. Thank you so much ! I didn't even wait that long, probably 15 minutes. I thought I was going to wait forever.

Window Locks. Thank you so much for installing those new bar locks on our windows. They work great and is easy to handle that my daughters can lock and unlock them.
