Every time I've been at Rio Wax Salon for a Brazilian Bikini Waxing in Phoenix, I've had excellent service, nice staff, and on-time, relatively painless waxing.

The waxers definitely know what they're doing and get it over with pretty quickly.

You can book appointments online which is super convenient and they always call to remind me of my appointment. They're open late!! Only thing I got do is to provide a credit card.

The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing- great view from the lobby to lushly landscape, Trees everywhere, hut and grass covering the yard, and Brazilian music playing in the background.

It may not be the expensive, spacious spa, but it does the job.

They have a punch card!! And they give you discounted prices if you're a returning customer.

I also like the fact that they are the most well known in Phoenix for the Brazilian Waxing!

It was recommend to come Rio Wax Salon by my best friend that has been using their expertise on Brazilian Bikini Waxing for over 2 years. I booked and saw Dannielli, it was my best Brazilian ever!

She's the most professional in this area I ever seen!

Her results was Perfection on the Spot!

I am her new fan for Brazilian Bikini waxing in Phoenix!

I've been to Rio Wax Salon since last year and I can't imagine going anywhere else for Brazilians. You would think dropping your pants and showing your goodies to a stranger would be awkward, but at Rio’s Danny is just so nonchalant about everything that you kind just forget that you're about to get your hooha waxed. But she's so quick about it and such a good conversationalist that even that isn't too bad.

What a good deal for their price! Especially when you can be sure of the sanitation levels! For my cooch, I want to make sure I don't catch anything. You can watch Danny scoop out an individual cup of wax that she uses just for you. I can see that she takes pride in her work. If there's anything you're not sure about or just have any questions, she'll gladly answer them if you just asked.

For last moment call for an appointment; she really tries to fit me in even if it means that she works late or she set me with one of her best Waxer; but deliver the goods! Because she puts in this much effort, no shows just end up wasting her time and it's disrespectful. Call if you're going to miss your appointment so at least she knows what’s going on.

I do recommend to all my friends to come to Rio Wax Salon and if you are looking for waxing in Phoenix or waxing in Scottsdale; Danny will be your sure bet with the best in Brazilian Waxing!!

I have wanted to get a Brazilian Wax for a couple of years now but have been too chicken. It wasn't the pain factor that worried me, but the fear of infection from an unclean salon. I had been researching places and obsessively reading reviews, discounting any place that had even one mention of double-dipping, unsterile tweezers or even just a dirty environment. Until my cousin’s girlfriend who is from Argentina told me about the Queen of Waxing - Dannielli at Rio Wax Salon in Phoenix!

As she had pointed out, they use the best wax from their own brand. I felt very comfortable about Dannielli professional work reputation that I called for my appointment. When I walked in, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming which is hugely important when you're seconds away from pulling down your pants and revealing it all! I felt very at ease.

I was pleased to see that the place was very clean and sterile. I saw her prepare, pulling out a bunch of sticks and cloth strips. It was not nearly as bad as some people have described. There was no crying or writhing in pain. All in all, I'd say it was pretty tolerable. Dannielli clearly knows what she's doing and it only took about 20 minutes which is wonderful considering I've never waxed before.

I left a smooth and happy camper with a newfound love for waxing. My skin is extremely sensitive, and as I said, it was my first time, so I expected as much irritation but my skin reacted very well without any stretch sign.

I would definitely recommend Rio Wax Salon. I certainly wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

So I was told about this place by a female co-worker and been from New York where the famous J-Sisters created the whole buss about Brazilian Bikini Wax in USA; where who is who has been their client. She told me that the Girls from Rio Wax Salon are also from Brazil like the famous J-Sisters. As with all word to mouth reviews I was somewhat skeptical but decided to check out the website. I figured I had nothing to lose except some unwanted hair and a probable painful experience. On walking into the Rio wax Salon in Phoenix. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and a woman I later discovered to be one of the Brazilian Girls. The place is charming, very clean and runs like a well-oiled machine. Dannielli ushered me into a small room and within 15 min. I was done with minimal pain. The combination of doing only small areas at a time, using baby powder and finishing up with rash lotion to soothe the area is definitely the magic touch! These ladies are skilled and the fact that I am paying much less that I used at the J-Sisters Salon for a Brazilian bikini wax; it will keep me going back says everything! Ladies I highly recommend this place because if your pain threshold is Zero this is the place for you with awesome results.

I'd wanted to do laser hair removal for years, so have done my share of research of places that offer it in Scottsdale and Phoenix areas. When I came across Rio Wax Salon on Google, they were by far the least expensive laser Spa I'd found, and had so many raving reviews, I figured I'd give them a shot.

I'm so glad I did. The staff is so professional, friendly, and quick! I'm always amazed at how fast they are. While waxing hair removal certainly does not feel good. My research on laser hair removal I found out that Alma by Soprano is the only painless laser available and this was the main factor I selected their spa besides getting the best package price.

They offer free consultations and wanted to chat with them prior to making a hair-removal appointment

the laser hair Tech was very knowledgeable and caring in all my sessions making sure to explain each step and how the laser works little by little removing all the hair from my legs, arms and bikini area.

I've being happy with the results. After using all of the sessions from the packages I initially purchased, I already went ahead and bought more for other areas.

I've never written a review before, but my experience at this place was so great that I just had to leave a review!

My hubby and I are going to Rocky Point next week to celebrate our 8 year anniversary. Since moving to Scottsdale, Arizona 2 years ago, I haven't had a reason to don a bathing suit. Yes, that's right, I literally haven't worn a bathing suit in 1 year. Therefore, looking for Scottsdale Brazilian wax place where I haven't had the need for a bikini wax and just shaving was working fine. But being that we'll be at a beach resort paradise for a week, I really wanted to get a nice bikini wax. So I began my search on City Search a few weeks ago and I saw that Rio Wax Salon in Phoenix got such amazing reviews. I discovered that this salon is not far where I live, so I decided to get the wax done with them.

I needed something sort of in between a Brazilian and a regular wax. I told her that I wanted almost everything gone, meaning everything gone but a little something left in the front for the hubs. She knew exactly what I meant and showed me how she would "shape" it. The whole procedure took about 45 minutes, which I didn't at all mind. She was so nice! I was chatty, to help my nerves, and she easily kept the conversation going. I honestly prefer conversation; I think it's more awkward if there's complete silence and the pain wasn't that bad at all.

I also liked very much that their set-up place is not your regular street-mall arrangement. It feels cozy and very welcoming!

Very well Served!. I came to Rio Wax Salon in Phoenix because a friend of mine. She comes to RIo's and see Danny and when I asked her after moving from LA to Scottsdale last May where she would recommend me for Brazilian Bikini Wax.

I had Vilma the best waxer in San Fernando Valley and wanted to make sure I had the same quality work.

She assured me that at Rio Wax Salon I would have in Danny the great experience in years of waxing and customer service.

Expecting the best and anxiety about the result I could not wait to check it out.

I loved the whole experience, felt very welcomed, no waiting, great waxing product and Danny was a Pro!

I am very pleased to find in Phoenix a great waxer like Danny to continue my waxing journey at the same quality level!

Best for Men!. Waxing For Men Waxing by Sarah at Rio Waxing Salon in Phoenix... is the best wax I've ever had...and that is saying a lot since I've got it done with other people and she is just awesome. She gave me the best Brazilian it comes totally clean and no hair left over. It was gentle, thorough, and the technique used is the least painful I've ever had as well. If you are in need of a bikini waxing then this is your place. Make sure to ask for the best waxer for guys like me ...Clean and Clean all!!!

Waxing Fan!. I am a regular customer of Rio Wax Salon. The staff is friendly and professional and very experienced and with the best line of products. I highly recommend this salon, especially for hair waxing or laser hair removal! If you are looking for effective painless hair removal, then this place is one of your best bets in the Phoenix.
