Impressive customer service

I recently had jack out at my office in old town scottsdale to install a push bar to meet fire code. The install looks great and matches the rest of my office, they are patient and professional pros. give them a call you won't be disappointed.

I wish all service industry businesses were run like Scottsdale Lock and Key. I'm not exaggerating when I say their professionalism, expertise, and customer service are unbelievable. I was pleased the first time I called and spoke with a friendly appointment setter who arranged to have a locksmith at my new townhome at 7 pm. I was impressed when he asked me about the box number and gave me tips on figuring it out that my realtor and HOA had neglected to tell me. I was speechless when I received the same friendly service while calling a second time to cancel. When I called a third time to cancel again and then rescheduled for the next day at 9 pm... thats when I knew this service was unbelievable. I had a strange old post office lock but the technician was familiar with it and got it done without trouble. The unique lock was more expensive than usual, and so the technician reduced the price of labor so that my budget stayed reasonable. I was very happy with my service. I was so encouraged that I asked the technician about other lock and security options to keep my wife safe. Even though the technician cut my bill down, they still made more money because I was so pleased I payed for extra services. If all businesses were run this way we'd never have a recession again. You will not regret hiring Scottsdale Lock and Key

Smooth Locksmith Service

I just had jack out to my business on Scottsdale Rd today to take care of the locks. I looked up several locksmith companies in the valley but I liked the gentlemen who answered the phones attitude so I chose them. They came out within an hour and did a great job. they even gave me 10% off because I mentioned their website.
