Tips for Meineke Car Care Center

They won't participate..... I worked close to this location. Checked out meineke.c0m to see what services they offered. I signed up for the "Meineke Car Care Club" on the corporate website, and received a letter saying "As a thank you for signing up....enjoy a member's only dicount of $4.00 off your next oil change." Got to this location, and showed the dude behind the counter the letter, he told me that "we aren't participating"....I totally respect that, but then why carry a Meineke name, have a link to your store on the Meineke website but not participate in the "Club" offers. The letter I received even had the location address on it. No where did it say "only participating locations" on it. Side note, the waiting area is a joke. It was like something you'd see in a 3rd world country. Disgusting.
