The car buying experience that I had with Avondale Dodge was the best buying experience I have ever had. The salesman Aurther B. was very honest and worked with me on getting a vehicle that fit my requirements. He seemed genuinely concerned about finding me a vehicle I wanted, and less concerned with just selling a car. I felt as if I were in the hands of a family member that wanted the best for me. Dwayne P. was very honest and professional and is a great model on how a positive customer experience should be. Im not sure if I was more happy that I was getting a great deal on my first Mustang or that everybody invovled in my deal were so honest, positive, customer service-orientated and courteuous that had me feeling a great sense of importance, repsect and overwehlming happiness. The bar in my mind is set so high now that I never expect to get treated better than I did at Avondale Dodge, and I want to thank Dwayne Poole, Aurthur Budowski, Stepen Samuel and everybody involved with my car buying experience.

Dwayne Poole provide exceptional customer service and detailed information on the vehicle I purchased. He listened to what I required and made suggestions on what I should purchase regarding a RAM truck - even talking me out of the more expensive vehicle. Avondale Dodge gave me such a great deal that I ended up purchasing the much more expensive vehicle.
This was my third time buying a car from Avondale Dodge. This was the best and top of the line service I have had with them or any other car dealer. Mr. Poole needs to be a trainer for all other car dealer's to send their new personal to be trained by. I have bought 13 cars over my 47 years of being on this earth. You want to talk to someone that knows the cars and is there for the customer and not just to make a sell. For anybody that reads this review. When you go to Avondale Dodge ask for Mr. Dwyane Poole if you want the best service for your money.
I have purchased a new 2012 Dodge ram
Some info. regarding Avondale Dodge:
1)At the dealership all employees were nice and friendly
2)I also met some managers and they were nice and they got me a great deal on the truck
3) they have more Dodge ram pick ups in stock than any other Dodge dealers
Here is the main and number one reason why I'm writing this feedback and that is the sale's man Arthur Badowski,,, I'm not that good at writing feedbacks, but I will try: Arthur was with me step by step from showing me the vehicle to test driving and in the negotiations as well, he didnt pressure me what so ever to purchase the truck, after I purchased the truck and we got the truck washed Arthur the sales man sppoted a very small spot on the pain that need to be corrected and we are going to do that soon, he went over all the options that the truck has with me, Arthur was honest and he cared about my interest and satisfaction, in all honesty I felt Arthur the salesman was my own brother trying to get me the best deal , I have purchased many many cars in my life but let me tell you Arthur is the ONLY sales man that I have seen that truly cares about his customer's satisfaction 100%, I will use him and recommend him to every person I know that wants to purchase a vehicle, thanks Arthur Badowski
I was very happy with the sales experience
I needed to purchase a truck within 24 hours for my business and did not have time to deal with the normal car dealers negotiations. Dwayne assisted me in making the purchase within my timeframe and sold me the truck at a low price. The customer service was first class and the service department is one of the best in Arizona. Thanks for being such a great dealership.
