Do not visit. This place is terrible. I don't have time to go into too much detail but the service is poor and the management is no better. The food wasn't even as good as it's been in other Olive Gardens I've been to. Waited an entire HOUR for spaghetti and meatballs, pathetic!!!!!!!!

3rd time NOT the charm. This was our 3rd time at this restaurant, 2 out of 3 times our service was HORRIBLE. Our server could not remember what we ordered so he kept coming back and asking (there was 2 of us) here's a thought write it down. We recieved terrible service had to flag down another waiter to get us refills on drinks, salads and bread sticks. Drinks were wrong. lettuce was soggy, still wet and breadsticks were just plain bread. They definitly need to train their staff, you are greeted by 4 people when you arrive, but after that its downhill. Not going back again unfortunate for them as there is no other Italian Restaurant in Casa Grand except for Tommy,s Beastro which makes Olive Garden seem like a five star eatery. Casa Grande has a bad rap for a reason........
