WARNING: Sign up at your own RISK!. Anyone considering joining Planet Beach Contempo Spa located at 13291 W McDowell Rd. Ste. E6, Goodyear, AZ., should really think twice before signing their contract. I have found out the hard way that it is practically impossible to get them to stop charging your credit card once you sign that form, not even an expired card will stop them. My experience with Planet Beach has been negative and annoying to say the least. The following is only a tiny fraction of the horrible experience that I have had with this company. I actually have about 7 pages worth of complaints that will not fit here on this review form.

Since October 2010 I have attempted to cancel this service due to an infection that one of their services caused on my face that took over 3 months of prescribed steroidal creams and antibiotics to get rid of. In addition we had a job loss in our household and could no longer afford these services. I spent 7 months fighting with Michelle (the manager of this store) to cancel this service and stop charging my credit card there insane fees. All of this for a service that I can not even use, that was not what it was advertised to be on the corporate website, that included a misleading cancellation process, horrible customer service by the manager (Michele), who took 12 WEEKS to finally get back to me with her idea of a solution and then blamed it all on a corporate office that will not allow the public to communicate with them directly, and a company who randomly charges their non-tanning clients tanning taxes. In total, Planet Beach of Goodyear Arizona has milked me for a total of $725.98 so far (this includes the cost of dermatology appointments and medication to correct the issue caused at Planet Beach, Planet Beach products, membership fee’s, freeze fee’s, and tanning tax fee’s, even though I have never used a tanning machine in my life), and all I got out of it was an infection on my face and a headache.
