The staff is very friendly. They appear to be willing to step up and provide a competitive price, and they say service. When we purchased our new car it was not as clean as it could have been. They arranged for us to return and have it cleaned the following week. They did miss a few small items but overall it looked great.

I just purchased a used Mercedes in Phoenix (I live in Albuquerque) and because it had a service issue, I contacted Vern Foutz, Service Manager, for assistance.. Vern went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I received the assistance that I needed. If you have a Mercedes with a service issue, call Vern, I'm sure that he will help. Thanks.

I am very happy with my experience. I felt that Robert Bauer treated me with respect at all times, and understood how everyone's situation is different. There were many times that he could have dismissed me as a potential client, especially at first glance, but he persisted and showed a human connection with me, which greatly helped in my decision to make a purchase.
