Everytime something happens to my car I just love how I can depend on any mercedes dealership closest to me to come out immediately free of charge to my rescue. HOWEVER some people who come out to rescue you are nicer then others. You can tell if someone really cares or if they cant wait to get on their way. I just wanted to thank the young man from the Arrowhead dealership who came all the way to my home in anthem country club to jumpstart my car to unlock it. He answered all my questions and was kind and courteous.I had been away on vacation and my battery died which caused the remote key to be unable to unlock my doors. I am grateful and appreciate the fact he braved the hot summer sun just to get my car unlocked!

I will definantly use this dealership in the future when I upgrade my mercedes! And if your considering a new purchase please go here---it will be worth it!

Our buying experience with Mercedes-Benz was a wonderful pleasure. Joe Ramirez approached us with unspoken confidence that we would purchase from Mercedes. He let us test the vehicle on our own so we could discuss our thoughts without a sales person present. He took extra time with us while we knew he was off the clock. While other dealerships pushed us to get into a vehicle the same day, Joe did not pressure us by trying to get us to make a decision quickly. He was confident that the Mercedes Brand would help us to make our decision without pressure. This was important to us as we wanted to take our time in making a decision for a vehicle in our retirement years. He made the entire process of buying a vehicle easy and relaxing. Even after our new GLK 350 was purchased he continued to work for our satisfaction with our purchase. Mercedes-Benz has an invaluable asset in Joe Ramirez.

I traded a S 400 Hybred for a 2012 S350 Blu Tec. My sales person was Mr Robert Bauer, whom I'm very happy to say, called me about the availability of the new car. I am completely happy and satisfied with each step of the purchase process. Arrowhead is the dealorship for me.

My wife's bucket list included a Mercedes for our next car. I promised her the next would be one and I contacted Jeff Lane. He told me about an SUV that had been involved in the Phoenix Open and there would be a discount. My wife and I drove in and he showed us two. She chose the Blue Tech Diesel and we sat down to discuss some of the extra's and he gave us a very reasonable quote and trade-in value. As promided the next morning the vehicle was delivered exactly as promised. Jeff introduced us to Chris a service rep and between Jeff and Bob Cross sent us out with one of the best vehicle buying experience ever. I am 81 years old and have bought 14 new cars,trucks and suv's and by far this was not only the easiest, but everything came together as Jeff had promised. I felt Jeff and Bob were outstanding.

We have bought five Mercedes Sprinters for our fleet and worked with Gary Kelly for the purchase of each one. Gary went out of his way to find us the van we were looking for at a price we could work with. We will definitely be contacting him for any future purchases.

My overall experience was very good. Joe Ramirez was very helpful, worked with me to search for exactly what I was looking for and when it wasn't available, helped me custom order it. Throughout the process, he also kept me updated on the status. He was also very flexible about meeting with me both to place the order and in scheduling my pick up.
