Terrible! Do not use Dolce for your wedding! They require you to work through one person who is very over loaded and can communicate through email only. It took several days to receive a return email. I found out this is a Dolce wide policy too! They also charge way way more for the same services when they are connected to a wedding. Recently tried Dolce for a manicure. Worst experience I have ever had with a Salon. New nail salon employee. Didn't know the code for a French tip used by the person who took my call so she expected to do a manicure and a pedicure. She wasn't trained to use gel polish so I waited 45 minutes while she attempted to get permission to do the manicure. I was charged for a person with more training, which I did not understand why if she wasn't even trained to do the manicure I requested. The manicure started peeling off in two days. I request that they fix the manicure, which the did, but the fix was much worse. They over used a dremel tool, destroyed my nails. The new manicure was terrible, blobs of polish on my pinkie nails, breaking and chipping immediately. I have had too many negative experiences with Dolci, especially with their incredibly high, high prices.

WOW! I just had the best haircut of my life! I met Brody tonight for a

cut and style at the Arrowhead loction and my experience with her was

amazing. Before we got started, we chatted a bit about what I was looking

for in a cut. She listened to what I wanted and delivered. She easily

found things we had in common to chat about during the cut. I left

feeling HOT with volume up to the sky! I cant wait to get my hands on my

hair and see what I can do with it!

Happy Momma!!. SUPER AWESOME! I have been thrilled since getting my haircut with Belle and Tia (almost 3 weeks ago). I had a bit of a hair crisis, and desperately needed help. The gal at the front desk when I first walked in, listened to what I needed and found the best stylist for me. The salon is beautiful and makes you feel fabulous! I don't have a ton of money, but walking through there, I felt like a million bucks. Just the confidence boost I needed as a new mom. I am excited to continue on as a Dolce customer!! (Especially after moving from my previous salon, which I was a loyal customer for 5 years.)

LOVE DOLCE!!!!. I LOVE this place!!! I have used most of their services and have never been disappointed. Two of my favorites for facials are Lucy and Sid. They are both amazing!!! My mom loves Stacy for facials. Massages by Noemi are perfectly delightful and hair by Brittany is beyond impressive. I am completely hooked on Dolce at Arrowhead!!! They are also super generous with deals. For example, occasionally they will offer what they call "hunies", which is how I was first introduced to Dolce (my sis gave me a "hunie" for Christmas last year). They are sort of like gift cards that can only be used for full price services (not products) but the hunie card is offered at a hugely discounted price. Beyond that, they offer last minute "hookups" that you learn about on their Facebook page.....pretty much weekly! There are always great deals, they really take care of their customers. I'm am a forever fan - and can't wait for my next appointment!!

Long live Dolce!. Dolce is the only place that I can go where the stylist will listen to and execute exactly what I want done. I walk out of there feeling like a million bucks every single time. Their staff have always been super friendly. They only use verified top of the line products. It's clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend it to anyone. LOVE DOLCE!

Thank you Dolce!. I cannot say enough great things about Dolce!

I have never found a place that can do my hair EXACTLY how I pictured it and they have time and time again, I'm always getting compliments on my hair color and style and I have to thank Cameo for that, she is a fantastic stylist!

Also, the Versa spray tans are great if you're naturally very pale and you're looking for a great tan that does NOT turn you orange!

I would highly recommend Dolce to anyone! :)

Great Skin Care!!!!. I had a facial at the arrowhead location back on the 12th of June and it

was amazing!!! The staff is amazing it was my first facial EVER and I felt

so relaxed and so informed after I was done. Things I had never known

about my face I know now and better yet I now know how to take care of it.

This mom of 4 will always take time out of my day to wash my face the

right way now!

The products used I just had to buy it.. My face feels fantastic and I

will never use any other product on my face ever again! I love the fact

that its organic and its like raw food for my face as well I am a red head

and have very sensitive skin and everything I use burns or has an all

Allergic reaction to it.. I am now a believer in you Dolce and this Eminece

product Blueberry Soy cleanser and the Greens Whip moisturizer and am in

AMAZING!!!. My daughter turned me onto Dolce after finding them through a Groupon offer. After seeing her mani/pedi, I was pretty envious. She treated me to a gel spa pedicure this past Saturday, and I hafta say I can’t stop looking at my toes!!! I got a gel pedi with glitter and WOW! I love how shiny they are with the gel finish, but adding that glitter…. They sparkle!!!! I work around children and they just love how bright and sparkly they are. I have to give a shout out to Diana, who did my toes and also to Camille who did my daughter’s mani/pedi. They both are so talented and sweet. They made me feel at home. The salon… wow…. Just wow. It’s amazing!!! 3 stories with hair, nails, massage, boutique, relaxation room, and a event room on top! The place is huge and the décor is awesome. I love the chandeliers!!! If you’ve never been, and the price is what is holding you back – join their Facebook page and watch for deals. They also have lots of hookups and ways to earn credit towards products and services. You NEVER have to pay full price.

Super FAB!!!. I was roped in by a Groupon offer, which made it possible for my checkbook to go. I have since found out there are TONS of ways to minimize your bill because they make up fun ways to get Dolce Dollars, and have hookUPs 'n Hunie's which make it possible for me to make it back. I have gotten fabulous service on my fingers/toes and even had a wonderful Coconut Fiji Scalp Massage that left my hair feeling FABULOUS! I got so make compliments on my super girly, glittery gel nails! Vera is super sweet and she takes the time to educate you on how the product works. They also have pretty good makeup products that actually have good pigment! Thanks Dolce!!!
