Service is horrible. Everytime we have gone to lunch there, the service is horrible. I dont really understand it since they are not busy. I keep going back to see if the service changes but never has. I wont be going back again. Food is okay

Mexi-Can't Food. Have been here a few times and everytime the food quality is getting worse. I dont understand how this place stays in business with overpriced food that lacks quality.I wouldnt recomend this mexican food, it disappoints.

Best Shrimp Cocktail. Rio Mirage has the best Shrimp Cocktail, but when you add the habanero (you have to ask for it) it is the bomb. The bombero is also out of this world, very spicy. But my favorite is the Rico Burrito, bake with the mushrooms and chile…

Great Mexican Food. The Rio Mirage Cafe is a great place for Mexican food. Their habanero salsa is the best around!! I love the variety on their menu, everything I've had had been good. Check them out next time you are in Surprise.

Rio Mirage Cafe. Great food, good service. Highly recommend if you like good Mexican food. There is nothing on the menu I wouldn't recommend. They also sell a wonderful homemade habanero salsa that is unbeatable!!

Satisfaction. We have been here a few times and we LOVE it! The food is so yummy. The staff is very friendly. The plce is very clean. I reccomend trying this plce. It is very welcoming!
