As an officer with Valley Protective Services, I have experienced the best training I have had with any company. I have had every Sergeant answer every question in detail and run me through the process in question. Sgt. Henson, Sgt. Hand, Sgt. Pendleton and Lt. Smith have been more than courious and a thousand times more helpful than any other superiors I have worked under. If you've had a sour exprience within the company, I can damn near guarantee that it was because you failed to communicate with an Officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant or Captain.

I found the operations manager: Capt. Clampett to be very professional and is a great person to work for. Lt. George took the time to not only train me during his level one class, but also provided me with his own experiences to help me get started in this job. Concerning the company policies, the policies are there for a reason and for the most part, the only ones that complain about them are the ones who could not follow them. I have left the company with a sense of pride knowing that I was able to accomplish what was asked of me.

We have had a great experience with Valley Protective Services. The communication is great and they have great customer service. We are very happy to have VPS as our security patrol on our property. We have noticed changes in activity when we hired VPS. It's a little quieter than it used to be thanks to your services. Overall we are very pleased with the service that we have received!!!!!

I moved to Corona Del Sol Apartments last February and took over the property management and on site management. It’s been quite a challenge. The Great News is I’ve been successful.



Brian Bell and Jake Roessler called on me a few weeks ago and Brian made an outstanding presentation for your organization. The timing was perfect since we had had an armed home invasion two weeks before. Brian put together a proposal with prices and I signed the contract. Your guards have been on my property for two weeks now and they have given excellent reports. These enable me to take action to make this a more secure and safe community. Jake has been on the ball making sure I have my reports. His latest update follows:

You will be viewing the reports online only as soon as they are uploaded onto your site! I checked today and still don’t see any reports on there…. I have already notified our tech department but haven’t heard anything yet…

I have been employed with Valley Protective Service for approximately five years. Prior to that I floated from company to company for eleven years. I was never able to find a company that fit my personality and abilities until I found Valley Protective Services, Inc. I have always found that Security Companies are nothing but scare crows attempting to deter crime through presence. This doesn't work, VPS empowers their officers to use discretion, common sense, and ability, to deter crime. They are the only company that I have found that will monitor their officers behaviors and hold their feet to the fire. I am tired of being embarassed by the lazy guards that exist out there. They always wine and complain that they work to hard or are scared to talk to people. I feel blessed to make a difference in the communities VPS serves and would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Valley protective services has been good. The service is always great and Jill is a great rep, I have no complaints. They have been very flexible with things I need and are always quick to respond, so I appreciate their time and effort here.
