I went in for a partial foil highlight and cut and after 4 long hours later I looked like Lucy in a football helmet. I went home and decided to call the store at 9am when they opened and the owner politely told me to come in and they would correct my hair as much as possible. I went to the store and talked to the owner and she was such a horrible person and talked to me like a child. It was horrible what she did to correct the mistakes that were done on my hair. The owner tried to make me pay again to correct their mistakes which I previously paid $90.00 the day before. The manager was in charge of correcting what she could and it took from 9am to almost 4pm to try to correct the horrible mistakes, The manager was GREAT and she did as much as possible at no charge to get my hair a good as possible. I KNOW THIS SOUNDS HORRIBLE BUT THE OWNER OF THIS STORE IS A REAL BITCH AND DOESN'T CARE HOW SHE TREATS CUSTOMERS AND THE STYLISTS. I want to thank the manager for doing as much as possible to correct the horrible mistakes on my hair from the day before. NO THANKS TO THE OWNER AT ALL BECAUSE SHE IS A HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING AND I WISH I WOULD OF GOTTEN A PUNCH IN ON HER BECAUSE I WAS SO CLOSE TO DOING IT BECAUSE HE TALKED TO ME IN A WAY THAT WASN'T CALLED FOR. So if ;you go for a color and cut there your best bet ask for someone that is a color specialist or if they have been doing it for several years, I learned my lesson so keep what I said and be cautious on who does your hair for now on.

I cant believe how incredibly dense that woman is. she cut my hair like her pimp was waiting for her outside. my chair was still spinning as she did my sideburns.

she also doesnt know the difference between cut and shave, CUZ MY HEAD IS BALD NOW WTF?!?!

I will slam PATTY at GREAT CLIPS ON POWER AND BASELINE every opportunity i can, especially by local word of mouth.

Need a military cut? AWESOME! . need a working class haircut? FOR-F**KING-GETIT.

PATTY AT BASELINE AND POWER WILL DESTROY YOUR HAIR - AVOID HER IF YOU RESPECT YOURSELF!!!!
