My family and I want to thank Fiesta Fountains for the things they did for my son and his wonderful wife. We were very pleased with the event. The food was just great. I have never had this kind of food at a wedding. The chicken was just cooked right and the sauce was to die for. I am not sure what the name of the chef was, but he was so nice and good to work with. The cake was just as good as the food. Service was great all night. I can't say more, but to thank them for the great event. People should look in having their reception here. We had our ceremony in a chuch, but I am sure they could have done a great job there as well.

Amazing Wedding!. We wanted to send you a little note to tell you how much we appreciate you as well as the staff at Fiesta Fountains and our amazing caterer, James (Heavenly Scent).

On Saturday, January 15, 2011, we celebrated one of the most memorable days of our lives...the beginning of our life together. Fiesta Fountains was a wonderful venue for us to have chosen for our wedding day. From the very beginning of the planning stages, we worked with competent staff who were able to catch our vision for our special day and help us bring that vision to life. Anyone who has ever planned a wedding, knows how important this is to a bride. Pete - thank you for always being available whenever we needed you (which in the bride's case was quite often). You were extremely professional and had such a pleasant attitude when ever we spoke. The staff at Fiesta Fountains were accommodating and cared about what was important to us every step of the way. As a result, the decorations were beautiful and the set-up turned out to be amazing for our wedding! Our coordinator continues to sing the praises of the staff that she worked with the day of the wedding.

We would be amiss if we did not also take a moment to acknowledge James and his commitment to his clients. We truly appreciate him on both a professional and personal level. He is a class act! Weeks after our wedding, we found out that James had suffered the loss of his mother and was notified the morning of our wedding day. It still overwhelms us that in spite of his tragic loss, he delivered on his promise to provide us with great-tasting food that our guests would enjoy. Everything was wonderful and he was so professional that we had no idea about what he was dealing with personally. Although we would have understood if he were not able to cater our wedding under the circumstances, James put his own feelings aside and chose to allow us to focus on our wedding day. We will never forget him for that!! We commend James and hope he knows that our prayers have been with him and his family during this time.

Things were great there.. We just had our son's wedding there and we

were impressed with the whole thing.

The food was very good and I do say it was

good! The chef was very nice and his service

was great. The event went just well and

we loved the set up there. Our guests said the

same thing about this place.

Christmass party was great. Thank you very much for the great Christmass party

at your place.

Our company really liked it and everything was done just

right and we thank you.

The food was very good and the cook did

a good job. The sauce was very good.

Not sure what the cooks name was, but

he did a nice job.

Great Facility!. Thank you very much for everything. Our wedding was great. The food was so good and everyone loved it and thanks to the cook who made it. Pete, thank you and your staff. My family is very happy and the hotel you told us to go to was as nice as your staff. The room was so nice and thank you for the nice flowers in our room. You are the best. Thanks.
