15 min wait for iPhone turns into 40 min and still waiting, left...Not once did the rep tell me it would take longer or apologize for the wait. By myself with my 4 kids during all this. F Best Buy.

Watch for double charges for online orders. They say authorization only until picked up. I've not picked up an order and a completed transaction is on my credit card as if someone at the store...cont

...completed the transaction and took the item home for themselves. Fraudulent/theft. will be submitting a criminal complaint.
