Dont Waste Your Time or Money. From what you would see on their website you would expect a beautiful day spa. Not quite the case. This is a tiny day spa that has no privacy. There is one bathroom for all guests to use and change in. The staff is unhappy with their jobs and have no qualms about telling you. The facials were excellent. The massages left us sore to the touch (so we couldnt sleep), and pedicures left us with such painful toes that we had to wear sandles that exposed our toes for the next several days. For over $300 this was not worth the money or time.

One of my best haircuts. The best thing about the stylists in this salon: they listen. They do not press their own agenda on you, they let you decide how your hair should look. I had a wonderful stylist who treated me like her most important customer. I never felt rushed and she showed genuine interest in making my hair the best it could be! I've been to a couple other upscale salons in the Valley and I haven't found any that compare to Cloud 9! I highly recommend them.

Very Comfortable. Really liked this spa. Felt very comfortable there, no pretentions. Excellent value. Pleasant staff. Overall great experience.

Not Recommended. Although I felt the services recieved were fairly priced, however I found the advertised discriptions did not represent the services recieved. The people were friendly and the Spa was clean. When we had a mishap with the services the Spa made little effort to fix or make this up to their clients. Therefore, I would not return or recommend this Spa to anyone.

Good services, simple salon. Very convenient salon, large menu of services, great value. I did a full-day there, all of the treatments were excellent and lunch was great. On the downside, the salon is not what one would call "plush", and could use some updating. The hot rock massage was excellent, but I wish that the staff member who gave it to me didn't find it necessary to talk to me the whole time about her personal life. The facial was also excellent, and peaceful. Manicure & pedicure were great, and the tech was very personable.
