Do NOT use this limo service as the driver intentionally drove around to increase the amount of the time to ensure going over the agreed timefram and was rude and unprofessional to the passengers.

I rented a limo to take to a company meeting, they were on time, polite and professional. I highly recommend for anyone to use their transportation services

Awesome Trip. They were awesome with providing all the information needed. He drove my daughter and her friends from an event of school they have a great time! I would call them for any future limo rides. The quote was perfect for our budget. Thanks for everything!!

Poor Customer Service after We Had Trouble. Started out with a very nice experience when booking a 37 passenger bus for my wedding. The reservation staff was very accomodating to my questions and two reservation changes.

Everything changed on the day of the reservation. The driver was not qualified to operate the bus which was evident when he wasn't able to operate the sound system and most importantly was not able to control the air conditioning and the bus was incredibly warm. The driver was not apologetic, he just kept saying "this isn't my normal bus". Me and my party were very frustrated, and the driver was unable to help and unapologetic. After around one hour of waiting for everyone to load and taking a trip back to the hotel where we were staying, we ended up just cutting him loose for three hours of the four hour period we had booked. When i called to give the company feedback and attempt to recoup some of my money, the owner was defensive, and made very weak excuses for why we were not entitled to a full refund (ex: her-you didn't tip the driver / me-why would we tip the driver when he was underqualified and unhelpful) before i had even asked for one. She never apologized or was willing to admit that there was fault on their side. We receieved a refund for 1 hour of the 4 hour payment.

I'm sure i would have a good rating to give, if everything went smoothly, but it didn't, and the customer service was very poor after the fact.

Could not be anymore satisfied. My friends and I saw an ad for a limo light tour for $162.50/2hrs so we all pitched thinking why not?

First of all, we are all 17 and 18 so it probably wasn't exactly our driver's dream.

The limo arrived 15 minutes EARLY so that he could put our route in to the GPS and get everything ready. It was great.

Our driver Keith was very friendly, working with our route when we arrived at some lame houses, taking pictures for us and even told us at the end of the night that he had fun! The limo was clean, the ride was smooth and he made sure we got back on time to avoid any over time charges. It was such a great experience, we had a ton of fun!
