very satisfied customer.. My fiancé and I were shopping for an engagement ring for a while now, we weren’t sure about the Jewelry Exchange at first, but it was worth a shot. When we went there the staff was friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Before we started looking at some diamonds the manager actually took the time to explain the difference in shapes and why some diamonds sparkle more than others. He explained to us what actually makes the diamond sparkle. We didn’t even know that there was even a difference; everywhere else just says the same old thing "isn’t this one nice". dealing with someone that actually knows what he's talking about made us feel very confident in buying from The Jewelry Exchange...so thank you so much for all your knowledge about diamonds. I will defiantly recommend all my friends to go see you personally.

Best Place to Buy Jewelry!!!. We first bought from Jewelry Exchange in San Francisco before moving to Phoenix. Jewelry Exchange has stores in most large cities in the U.S. and they guarantee that they have the lowest price or they will refund 120 percent of the difference (within 30 days). Since they import their own diamonds directly, they also guarantee that their manufactured jewelry will appraise for double the purchase price. They manufacture their own jewelry in as that you can pick out the diamond that you want (at a price that you can afford) and a setting and they will prepare it for you in a few days. We bought an engagement ring from Jewelry Exchange which had one of the small diamonds come off the ring a few days after the one year warranty expired. They still fixed it for free!

Saved me lots of money. I had a wonderful experience, getting what I wanted at half the price. I told Candice I would spend up to $10,000.00 but she did not push me to spend it, she kept telling me she was there to save me money and boy did she. Thank you, thank you thank you, now we can have a honeymoon too!
