,. WOW ., I am impressed with this company and the quick response ,. Orlando got back to me on a Sunday to set up my appointment for Monday., Being a Real Estate Agent, I need on time repairs for closings ., Will not call anyone else for all of my AC repairs..

We had a twenty plus year unit that was in desperate need of repair. Orlando came out gave us a GREAT quote on a brand new Trane unit and he had installed and running the next day. These guys are very knowledgable in their trade and certainly know what they are doing. They don't dilly dally to rack up the bill, just fast and friendly service from people who know what they are doing. You would be foolish not have these guys repair or replace your Ac unit.

OUTSTANDING!!!!.
OUTSTANDING!
I’m new to the area and needed to replace the split-system AC unit in my newly purchased townhouse. I had no idea who to hire so I searched online and arranged many estimates. I soon realized the installation of my air handler would be nearly impossible because there was no room in the attic. Whatever knuckleheads put the original unit it chopped up the beams that hold my roof on and the ductwork was all twisted up. It was a mess up there. Representatives from each company looked in my attic, and then gave me the bad news. They said things like, “This is going to cost a lot “ and “You’ll have to put it in your bedroom closet” and “We’ll have to install a miniature system so it will fit” and “Sorry, we can’t do it!” I was getting discouraged and worried. This is Arizona - AC is not a luxury!! My options were all terrible and/or unaffordable. I didn’t know what to do. I said my prayers and then arranged one more estimate with Orlies AC and Heating.
Orlies put in a top-of-the-line Trane Condenser and custom fit a matching Trane Air Handler in my tiny little attic. They found a creative and efficient way to install it. It’s beautiful up there now. I force all my friends to look in my attic so I can show off the job Orlies did for me. I don’t know how they did it, but they did! They accomplished what other companies said was impossible . . . fitting a top rated, full sized air handler in my shoebox sized, messed up attic.
They gave me a super deal and the absolute best service imaginable. I’m a perfectionist, and I am usually disappointed with any work done for me, but not this time. These guys took great pride in this installation and went above and beyond to set me up with an AC unit I am proud of.
I’m writing this review because it’s the right thing to do. I am not a relative or friend of Orlies . . . just a grateful customer. After the job they did . . . this is the least I can do! If you are considering a new installation or service done to your existing unit . . . I highly recommend that you call Orlies before settling for another company. Orlies will not rip you off. They will give you a fair price and do great work.

Nice. Thank You for providing EXCELLENT customer service! I hed the pleasure of having your comany come to my home for a ventilation system cleaning & I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate the professionalism that was involved. You explained the process to us, not knowing that my husband has worked in the heating and air business for several years. Once he explained the procedure, he was quick to start and finish his job!
