BAD, BAD, BAD. I agree with the past two reviews, this place just does not seem to get it. The service is pathetic, maybe because it's in Laveen where good customer service tends to lack anyways. Jim should be let go or put through some extensive retraining, maybe starting back to grammar school. He just seems out of place and doens't seem to know alot for the manager of the facility. Skip this place and have your taxes done by true professionals.

Waste of your time and money. BEWARE: Please stay away from this location...I agree with the other reviewer, Jim is totally uncapable. It is quite scary that he is actually employed there by H and R Block. I will also be contacting their corporate headquarters regaring my matter which is to lenghty to get into here. Be forewarned you will be dissatisfied with the lack of customer service you will receive here.

DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION EMPLOYEES ARE INEPT!. I was hesitant to have my taxes done at new h and r block location, especially in laveen. I have to say I had so much trouble making an appointment. The woman at the front desk couldn't even work the computer, she had a long line of people waiting, the phones were ringing and yet she just stood there. I decided to call directly to avoid her a few days later.

A few days later I spoke to Jim, who was of no help, he alos had difficulty working the computer and couldn't schedule a simple appointment for me, go thung on, when i called back no apologizes and then he passed me on to the "office manager" who said the computers were down. All this just to make a simple appointment. No thanks I will be going somewhere where the employees have more than just a 5th grade education.
