Titan came by my house to offer me a special deal for putting a sign in my yard since I was on a corner lot in a neighborhood they had no presence in. I was supposed to get a new alarm system and gift cards to cover the first 2 years of monitoring. Instead of a new alarm system, they reused the 15 year old door and window sensors (which keep falling off and setting off my alarm). The gift cards to cover the cost of the monitoring never came. The monitoring company never calls to confirm false alarms so I keep getting billed by the city of Phoenix for having cops show up at my house. These guys are a bunch of crooks.…

VERY PROFESSIONAL & EFFECTIVE SERVICE. We've had them all and LIke Titan the best by a country mile. Use them for both business and home. Very professional in design and installation as well as monitoring and follow up. Great Home Alarm Company. We live in the North Phoenix area and recently had TITAN ALARM, INC install a home alarm. I am so impressed with their product and especailly the service so I want to recommend them to everyone! They were at our house the very next day to install and it was so great to have a totally professional installer. He was dressed nice, really knew what he was doing, very skilled, fast, and cleaned up after himself. I had a different company install one at our previous house and they left a mess behind. So I was impressed. Then he spent as much time as we needed answering all of our questions and training us on the system. We didn't feel rushed. It's always a challenge to understand new systems but he made sure we felt totally comfortable. Usually service people are in a rush to get to their next appointment(I've been through this before) but this guy made us feel important.

Their wall panel is so easy to use. I've had some that are hard to understand, but not this one. The cool thing is that they set it up so I have alerts sent right to my cell phone whenever the system is set off, disarmed or armed. I know when my husband or kids come and go. It's totally cool. I can even go on line at any computer to arm or disarm, set up users, monitor all activity.

We had them install CAMERAS also on our porches so that on our television screen we can see who is at the front door(this is handy at night), and also monitor the swimming pool area. What a life saver when it's late at night and doorbell rings, or when the kids are in the pool.

This company has all of the newest technology and abilities, great service, pleasant people and the best prices around. They were just so nice to work with and they are definitely service oriented and care about their clients even after the system is installed. I know I am a person not a number to them.

I know there are the giant companies out there but I feel the younger and local companies care more about you. This one does! My neighbor saw them at my place and inquired and they were at her place the very next day. She was equally impressed.

Go with Titan!. Titan is the best! I have had their services installed in my home and my business and couldn't be happier. I have their cellular service with online access which is great. I'm always tied to my iphone and Titan's alarm system is great for me. It sends me a text message every time the alarm system is armed or disarmed. Since I travel a lot this makes me feel a lot better when I get a text that my wife has turned the alarm on while I'm on the other side of the country.

It's also great for keeping tabs on my employees and making sure they're showing up on time!
