I had this company do a check up on my furnace and test the air ducks for air leaks. I got more than I expected for the price. Very smart of them to do all they did for a little over a hundred dollars because I will use them from now on. I did buy the duck sealing and the difference is noticeable and worth the $400 I spent. The people were very neat and professional.

Worst customer service ever. The installed new rooftop unit denting unit up and breaking the seals on it when placing it. now I have leaks from unit itself as well as water pouring onto roof. They also did not insulate the drop/roof jack so the condensation build up is causing water damage to house. I called them to come fix the initial problem of it cooling one side of house to60 some degrees and the other side to 80 degrees. they told me it was my problem and if I wanted them to fix the problem that they created I would have to pay more . Feels like extortion, as they had to know the work was going to cause this issue. Their site says they do energy audits and duct sealing for better efficency yet when I had inspectors come look there were leaks no seals and water damage. The ductwork was thrown in and not properly distributed using drop boxes . They also insisted on a second return which was place within 5 feet or the original the needed a 20x30 opening for this return but when you open and look in the duct is compressed to half that size. They do not have a clue on what they are doing. some of the list is

ROOFTOP UNIT: AIR LEAKS AROUND ALL PANELS. LIQUID TIGHT AND ELECTRICAL WIRES ARE NOT REPLACED. CONDENSATE

LINE IS NOT CLAMPED AND SECURED.

DUCTWORK IN ATTIC: METAL JOINTS (T Y'S) ARE NOT INSULATED CAUSING CONDENSATION. (THIS WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO

FLEX DUCT AND POSSIBLY DRY WALL. JOINTS ARE INSTALLED IMPROPER AND POSITIONED SO THAT SOME REGISTERS

RECEIVE MUCH MORE AIR THAN OTHERS. DUCT WORK TO KITCHEN/DINING ROOM HAS BEEN IMPROPERLY INSTALLED TO NOT

ALLOW ENOUGH AIR TO FLOW IN THERE DIRECTION. ALL ATTIC DUCT WORK WILL NEED TO BE DISCONNECTED AND INSTALLED

PROPERLY. RETURN AIR VENT SHOULD BE ADDED TO DINING ROOM AREA.

THERMOSTAT: NOT POSITIONED PROPERLY AND HAS A HOLE BEHIND IT CAUSING ATTIC AIR TO ALTER TEMPERATURE

Bought an air-conditioning and heating unit from this company that breaks down regularly. Whenever I call to get the unit fixed under warranty be it winter or summer it takes Magic Touch up to 2 weeks to get the problem fixed. This last time I was told it would be 10 day before a service rep would even be available to look at it much less order a part and service it. This is Arizona and it is approaching 100 degrees this week right now and no one is available to look at my unit for more than a week? The machine I bought new from them less than five years ago at over $5000.00 has had to be repaired 5 times. The ugly word for this company seems to be Warranty and their inability to want to honor the warranties on the machines they sell their costumers. They sold me this machine that is a lemon and they don't want to service it when it breaks down? Why did they sell me the machine? Why do they not want to order parts for this machine and keep their promises about the warranty we purchased from the manufacture they suggested. We payed extra for that and then got another warranty from Magic Touch for an extended warranty for all workmanship and labor for 12 years? We are being charged for a service charge after all that too. I understand that things break down and need to be repaired, what I do not understand is this company not wanting honor the repair warranties it sold us in a timely matter. The last service man told us this company no longer sells our unit as it is a piece of crap, and we could go somewhere else to be serviced for our warrantees. This was after we caught him lying to us about ordering parts and getting approval for the PO from the insurer of the warrantee. Magic Touch has not been the best business to work with for us I am sorry to say. I have saved every piece of paper I have gotten form this company. It is unfortunate that many online review sights allow the companies being reviewed to take down and manipulate what the public sees. If I had seen other negative reviews i would not have used this company.

Nice to find a trustworthy and honest company. Bought their air conditioner tune up and used the coupon. The guy gave my air conditioner a clean bill of health and didn't try to sell me extras.

Really happy with them!. I called them because the temperature in the house wouldn't go below 84 degrees. I expected it to be a big ordeal to make an appointment, wait all day for the guy to show up, him tell me a bunch of technical jargon and so on.

They were great! Very friendly office staff, making the appointment was easy and convenient. Sam arrived right when they said he would, and they called me to tell me when they were on the way. Such a friendly and smiley guy, he found the problem very quickly, and explained it without a bunch of mumble jumble. It's cooling better then ever now! I will use them again and refer them to anyone.

The company to trust. Our heat stopped working and we have an infant so needed it fixed right away. We called a company that put in a new heater across the street from us two weeks ago thinking they were familiar with our type of heat and cooling. They told us it didn't make sense to repair it because it needed about $2000 worth of repairs and we could buy a new one for about $6000. My husband thought it was a good idea to get a second opinion and if the second company agreed to get a cost for a new heater from them too. Good thing we did! When Magic Touch looked at it they said we can fix it for $312. I don't know if the first company was trying to take advantage of us or if Magic Touch is just better at what they do but we now have heat and it cost us $312 not $2000 and not $6000. Magic Touch is the company to trust.

poor service, poor management response. Wished I would have spent more time asking friends for a referral verses trusting these online reviews. We had two service calls with charges upon charges for fixing the same thing. After the third time we gave up. The management is unresponsive and belittling. I would ask for my money back but that would be a battle I have no time or energy to fight for. Don't believe the hype--stick to friend and family referrals FIRST. Don't believe online reviews as there is no way for telling if it is a friend or co-workers fake review as I'm certain the ones about Magic Touch mostly are.

Readers, the reviewer "dickmorgan" is actually Michael Minkus owner of Just Breathe Wellness, Phoenix. He's been posting fake reviews on our company for months (as well as fake good reviews on his company). His review is untrue. I personally told Mr. Minkus we would no longer provide service to him as he was extremely rude and belittling to our employees including screaming at them for no reason. We have hundreds of great reviews over many years i.e. Angie's List, Kudzu, Insider Pages, etc. We have an A+ record with the BBB, are a BBB Ethics Award Winner, Customer satisfaction awards from SRP, APS, SW Gas, Lennox, Trane, etc. In the process of reporting his false reviews to multiple websites I have come across reviews of his own company. Check out Yelp.com and look up Just Breathe, you will see MANY bad reviews going back years specifically naming Mr. Minkus and his rudeness. OUR reputation and reviews can be backed up! IMPRESSIVE SERVICE AND RESPONSE TIME. We WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE AND CARE WE GOT FROM MAJIC TOUCH. WHERE DO I START? FIRST WE WERE ABLE TO GET SERVICE WITHIN TWO HOURS OF OUR INITIAL PHONE CALL. THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE WERE SO POLITE AND EFFICIENT. THE SERVICE MAN WAS POLITE AND FOUND AND FIXED THE PROBLEM VERY QUICKLY. HERES THE PART THAT WAS SO IMPRESSIVE. THE SERVICE MAN INFORMED US THAT THE PART THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. WE HAD NO IDEA THIS WAS THE CASE. WE HAD ANOTHER COMPANY REPAIR THE SAME PART A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO AND THEY NEVER MADE US AWARE WE WERE STILL COVERED BY A WARRANTY. HE EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO CALL TRAIN TO VERIFY THAT THE PART WAS INDEED COVERED. HE ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN AND REPAIR THE REASON THE PART HAD ONLY LASTED A YEAR THAT THE LAST COMPANY REPLACED.
