Hey great job! The crew have been cleaning for a year and I decided to do a positive review. This is a nice company Im on a budget and Im a Veteran they charge me $50 Weekly for my home thanks for the reasonable price and great service! They are cleaning my neighbor's home next door and they are vey happy also.

Stay away. They broke my stove and refused to fix it.

In Oct 2012 the cleaning crew shattered my glass-top stove. After 3 months of avoiding my phone calls they finally agreed to pay for half of the repair. I found a new cleaning service, and now it's obvious what a half-done job Exclusive Maids had been doing. They cost me $400 in repairs, but at least I found a better cleaning company now.

Pleasent company fabulous cleaning. Very nice company cleaned very well Aracelly and cristion were very thorough. Price was great and cleaning was fantastic. Thanks guys

Don't waste your time. Although the crew two young women by the names of beth and cruise and a young man, were very polite and professoinal, seemed rushed, some of my home looked spotless the other parts seem like it was cleaned half heartedly. the young woman beth rushed thru her work not pay much attention to detail, while the other young woman payed more attention and was more consiinsious of her work. The young man spent most of his time in the bath room. You can tell who rushed and who didn't. I can tell you if mrs. Cruise had her own bussiness, I would use her instead of exlcusie maids. Their name should be Rushed maids. The two stars I gave it, was for the professional attitude and politness, and mrs. cruise work.

I won't be calling them back for the bi-weekly I had planned. They were VERY friendly! However, the service was only *OK*. It was nice to have my bath tubs scrubbed and stuff... But I paid for the DEEP CLEAN and the inside NOR the outside of my microwave even got cleaned. And my main windows in my living room didn't get cleaned. I live in an apartment... I just felt like they were trying to get in and out as quickly as possible!

Best Maid Service in Phoenix by far!!!. I called and spoke with Kate on of the owners of Exclusive Maids, she was very friendly,polite, professional, and knowledgable. I was in a bind and she was great in accomadating my crazy schedule. The crew came did a fantastic job and I couldn't have beaten the price! I only wanted a one time cleaning but, now they come twice a month. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!!
