Phenomenal Pilates experience, studio and staff

I have checked out a few Pilates Studio before going with K Pilates. By far the team at K Pilates is friendly, very knowledgeable, professional and take pride in their contribution to the success of your personal goals. The schedule of classes are very diverse and accomodating. The studio, which is nestled in Red Mountain, is absolutely gorgeous. Since I started taking classes at K Pilates, I've not only notice my clothes fitting better but, I'm much more flexible and find my sleep patterns to be more restful. I highly recommend K Pilates if you are looking for a true Pilates experience.

Fantastic workout

I highly recommend K Pilates for an authentic pilates experience and body-changing workout. I have been going to K Pilates for 7 months and I have seen incredible changes in my body. The changes are not only external (lost inches), but they are internal as well. I feel stronger and my back problems are diminishing. In addition, it is a very supportive environment with knowledgeable instructors.

The best facility and staff

This is a place where everyone feels welcome thanks to a very friendly staff. My experience has been for the past six months of pilates with Trish Theobald as the instructor. She is excellent The equiptment is first rate. The location is very convienent and the facilities are new and exceptionally clean. With the help of Trish I hav e made considerable improvement in flexibility and strength. Five stars are warranted.
