Best sushi in Fountain Hills, possibly even the whole valley. Amongst the best sushi in the valley. Forget the chains and malls sushi joints, they don't know how to wrap a roll of proper size and density, nor do they know how to select and store fish. Not so at Katana. Sushi is an art, and these folks are artisans. There's many rolls and wraps to choose from as well as hot dishes. The atmosphere is great and staff very attentive.

Unfortunately, the portion sizes seem to have shrunk and the prices have gone up. This has not encouraged me to visit frequently, but when you're in the mood for sushi done right, it's the best place in Fountain Hills and amongst the best in the valley. Highly recommended.

Best sushi in FH/Scottsdale. I've been to the others, and Katana is the freshest sushi in the valley. Along with super friendly staff, nice decor, and reasonable prices.
