great food and great staff!!!. We come to the Fireside Grill twice a month for our " Friends in the Hills" function, and to be honest with you, this is the best venue we have ever had. Between the set-up they do for us, the food, and the red carpet treatment we get from the staff, we are extremely happy. So glad we finally found a venue where we could meet and have a good meal. We are ecstatic.

Great Energy. I have been coming to the Fireside Grill for two years in a row because of the great level of service provided to us by Abraham, Manager of the Grill. Good food all of the time, great servers with a smile and great sense of humor and energy resonating throughout the entire place. Love to come to Fireside.

the best!. My family and I were there for your weekly jazz concert. You guys were so busy, and there were a lot of people; yet the quality of food was impeccable. True resort atmosphere. You guys are by far the best jazz venue in town! Two thumbs up!!! Your general manager ( Gary) always gives his best no matter what he does.

Great Food. I am amazed by your service, your food and your personality. I was present at your Chamber of Commerce Breakfast buffet, and to tell you the truth, it was the best breakfast buffet I had ever seen anyplace. I often frequent the phoenix Ritz Carlton for their Sunday brunch.

Big thanks. We attended a wedding here, and to tell the truth, no place in Phoenix Metro Valley can do what they did for the price we were given. Everything was super!!! Big thanks to Gary and Abraham for getting everything organized, and putting up with all of our last minute requests.

Million Thanks. Bryson was our server and took great care of our entire Museum group. We always come to the Fireside for their service and having Bryson as our waiter was even more of an enhancement. Good job Bryson....I hope your managers recognize you for the good work that you do. Million thanks from the Museum gang!

Service of a true upscale hotel.. We ate here on Friday with a group of friends. There were ten of us, and let me tell you...you guys provide a service of a true upscale hotel. The music, the food, the service, the lingo and the panache was of a Ritz Carlton hotel, only with better prices. We are definitely coming back, now that you've got the jazz band. Great job!
