Awful Customer Service!. Awful....I went in over the weekend and wanted to change my highlighted hair to my natural hair color, which is a dirty blonde. When I left, my hair was 4 times darker than it should have been. I called to schedule a "color correction" appointment. They did schedule an appointment for me, but the treatment I received in the salon was unacceptable. The stylist, which I don't want to name, gave me a conditioning treatment, put a bleach wash on my hair, partially blow dryed my hair, and sent me on my way. It was obvious that I was not satisfied, but she was more concerned about her next client. I will never go back.....I am appalled at their customer service.

Best brazilian wax while getting an amazing color and cut in the valley. I have been going to Scissors Rox Paper since they opened. The owners are long time cutting in the valley "hair gurus" and I would follow them anywhere. They have an amazing staff of fun upbeat highly educated stylists...anyway the last time I had my color done I decided to check out their facialist. I was told she specialized in brazilians and had wanted a bikini wax. Best money I have spent in a long time. I think my husband would agree!
