Of course they're a fraud. Any company that has multiple listings like this for the same location, is doing it for a reason> Once enough poor reviews appear on the one location, they errase it and use the other one> If they were to be considered an honest company, they wouldn't step out with lying about their locations and amount thereof

DO NOT GO !!! THEY WILL TANK YOURE CREDIT W/FRAUD CHARGES!!!. I went and bought a packege on June 9th 2010,recently moving here from florida not researching suruonding doctors,ect I found better deals,so I cancelled my appointments HAD NO WORK DONE, A DOCTOR never LOOKED AT ME AND MY CREDIT SCORE HAS BEEN DROPED BY 9 PIONTS DUE TO THESE CHARGES THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE TAKEN OFF BUT NEVER WERE! Im a local business owner and plan to sue for all damages.I gave them over a month to reslove this issue it was an impulse buy,they are crooks dont go,if this is how they do business I can only imagine the corners they'll cut on youre face.

Super Awesome Spa. I went last week and had a great time. For my first visit, i did Micros and Chem Peels, and I couldn't have been happier. Great service, Nurses and technicians, and everything was very hassle free, which I definitely appreciated. I've heard about Nu U Medspa, and even with a poor reviews, I decided to give it a try. i look for deals people!!

I am not just a 5-star girl, but I am certainly an optimist as well as a realist, and this place totally delivered. No attitude and nothing pretentious, a awesome deal, and I'd be wrong if I didn't let people know that mine was a very above average experience. Nu U has not let me down! Hope this helps, and I hope y'all get to enjoy some time here.

Very Happy. I went in for fillers a couple of months ago.

I have to say i look fantastic and It's amazing how much the procedure worked !! Highly recommend these guys. Just wanted to give a shout out to them for making me look great!

LOVE MY LIPS. NU U is the best when it comes to filler. The nurse at Arrowhead Janet is so talented, my lips look amazing and not fake. I hardly felt it to!!! The staff was so nice and made me so comfortable. I reccomend getting filler done here, now I will not go anywhere else!

Best Deal for Smart Lipo!!!!. I was a bit skepitcal about it being in the mall but to my surprise...they lead me to the best surgeon in Town...I swear! My experience was great! very informational.... relaxed setting....not initimadating at all.

Within just 2 weeks met with one of their surgeons and had my surgery!...couldn't be happier!

The girls there were great! They know their stuff. Thanks Nu U at Arrowhead I will make sure I spread the word.

Horrible staff. The front desk staff was of no help when I tried to book an apt. with the center at Arrowhead. They were rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend them. I will go to another center for my skin treatments from now on.

Great people...great results. I have had acne for a very long time...since grade school. I came here with the hopes of mildly correcting the problem. the technician I had did that and some!!!! she informed me, educated me and helped me to understand what the root of the problems were!!!!

being so kind and friendly...as well as a very great looking staff.... I trust them completely and i'd have to say the nurse that does the injectables has very calm and skilled hands!!!!
