WASTED TIME AND MONEY. I do not believe by any means this place deserves even a 1 star. If you do require hair removal do not use this business. They do not follow through with what they say they will. We spent well over 3300.00 on hair removal with absolutely no results. If you do require hair removal I suggest you shop around. I feel so duped and dissapointed. I work so hard for my money as does everyone and I would hate to see this happen to anyone else.

I Sure Did. I went in for smart lipo a couple of months ago.

I have to say i look fantastic and It's amazing how much the procedure tightened my belly!! Highly recommend these guys. Just wanted to give a shout out to them for making me look great

BUYER BEWARE!! If U NU... you wouldn't!!. I have to agree with the other reviewers. I asked specifics when I went in and was immediately promised to medical doctors oversight and expressed concern about their laser for hair removal which the sales person said to not worry about that it was permanent and that they would do "touch ups" if they needed to. I asked about alternative lasers and was told this laser was the only one.

In the end, there were no touch ups and I was burned by the lasers and they proceeded to not take my advice on treating aggressively for my hair type. They reported that the laser (after taking the money) maybe wasn't a good fit becasue it hadn't worked and that they had another laser (after I was told they didn't) but I need to meet with a "doctor." I met with the "doctor" who wrote down why I was dissatisfied and left the room without making any medical recommendations and said she needed to see what to do.

She never returned and sent in the sales lady that said she was going to give my chart to the "Director" who was out of town and said, "I promise to call you tomorrow after I talk to him. I promise." I never received a call nor any follow up or recommendations. I have concerns that the person I met with really wasn't a "Doctor" at all. I have never had a Doctor in my life that didn't have a medical recommendations and deferred to a sales person.

At the time of my service, this facility was brand new and there were no reviews on it as I searched and searched. I gave them a try since they were closer to my home. Now, I am sorely disappointed and feel very taken advantage of. Now the reviews are coming forth and they speak for themselves. Buyer BEWARE!! If I NU... I wouldn't have. If U NU... you wouldn't either!!

can't back up what they offer!!!. I went in for the lipo-dissolve for a small area and after 6 months of no results they wouldn't refund me money for a procedure that didn't produce any results at all!!!! they didn't even bother to offer credit towards other treatments that they offered for the inconvenience. They may show you pictures of before and after but that doesn't mean it's going to work on you.

Absolutely Horrific. Do not ever, ever go here, under any circumstances. This company is definitely a scam, and if you want further proof than my review, check the business bureau. They have an UNSATISFACTORY rating.

I originally went in for a "consultation," which is required before scheduling anything. The high-pressure saleswoman pushed me and my boyfriend to try and buy some ridiculous package for thousands of dollars, without really explaining what it entailed, when I was coming in to ask about a $50 microdermabrasion deal. Even after much more pressuring, we firmly refused to agree to anything else, and the saleswoman became very short and rude with us.

The worst part of the consultation was that she didn't even explain the procedure I was scheduling! She conveniently failed to mention that the $50 deal was a 15-minute version of the usual procedure, which is basically useless.

After the consultation, she informed us that we had to pay up front, with NO REFUNDS! At the time I had no idea I was getting scammed, so I paid up, though we thought it was a little weird.

Like I said, the actual "microdermabrasion" was 10-15 minutes, not enough time to do anything. The technician was clearly inexperienced, the room and environment were very unprofessional, and I was prepared in no way except being told to lay down on a bed - and she went right to work, without saying much else. The whole thing was incredibly shady.

What made me especially upset after is that they tried to - surprise - sell me a ton of products and have me come back for more! Are you serious?! NO WAY!

There are much better deals to be had in places that will not scam you like this, and their no-refund policy should be a big hint. Stay far, far away!
