Customer service is awfulto nonexistent.
Hiring these people was a terrible mistake. The guy was very personable at first, soon after it was a nightmare. He does not return phone calls or e-mails when problems arise. Weeks later, when he wants to get paid, he blames everything on his crew and claims it is "not his fault". Very argumentative! His crew is actually good, it is the management that is the problem. He claimed he treats all his customers the same.If that is true and he treats them the way he did us, I am surprised he is still in business! Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.
