Medshape is a great place for weight loss. I did the Medshape weight loss program and lost a total of 36.5 pounds in 6 weeks. This is a great way to lose weight. I tried hCG before and did the 500 calorie diet, lost weight lot gained it all back plus started majorly losing my hair. During my consultation at Medhsape I brought up these concerns... they explained to me my bad side effects came from the 500 calorie diet. I was relieved to know that this time around I could eat so much more. I lost more weight than I did on 500 calories. This place is great. Now, on to the maintenance program to keep my weight off. Hey Medshape... I AM SKINNY! Thank you!. Like many of us, I think have been on every diet under the sun. I found out about Medshape from my sister who went through their program and lost her weight. I have not seen her in about 6 months and was shocked when I saw her. She told me about Medshape. I reluctantly went in for a consultation and ended up joining. I did the program in June and finished the end of August. I am happy to report the program works. I lost 41 pounds, went from a size 14 to a size 8/10. Finished my program anf going strong. I researched every weight loss clinic and program in the Phoenix area and decided Medshape was a good fit for me. The reasons I chose medshape is because I wanted something real and for the last time I wanted to genuinely lose my weight and not gain it back this time. Medshape seems to be the only clinic with a very solid foundation on a maintenance program with their weight loss therapy. I did tons of research on the hCG diet and was told by many healthcare physicians that 500 calories a day was not safe and nothing on earth would support my system on that. I also was never able to find any research or proof that 500 calories would be safe for me. I liked the fact that Medshape did not believe in putting their patients on 500 calories a day with hCG. As a matter of fact, I could not even et all the food that was allowed to eat in a day! On the Medshape diet I ate over 1500 calories a day. I lost 46 pounds in 8 weeks on my plan and am currently in the maintenance program. In the last two months I lost an additional 7n pounds while in maintenance and can not remember the last time I have felt this good. This is definately the best diet I have ever been on. It has truly changed my life. I would recommend this program to anyone looking to lose weight fast and in a safe manner. I went to the Scottsdale location and the medical staff was wonderful.
