I just went to LaserRX on 5/5/08. I called and got a same day appointment for a body scrub which was great. I know it seemed odd to go to a laser removal spa for a body scrub, but it was on their list of services offered and the price was right (or so I thought). I got there and the receptionist was very friendly just as the other reviews had said. The technician/therapist (not sure of the specific term to use) came into the lobby then proceeded to ask me what area was the body scrub for? I looked at her puzzled because my understanding was a body scrub is for the entire body. I have had a body scrub once before and it was for the entire body. The receptionist recognizing the puzzled look explained the sometime people have specific area they would like the extra focus on. After this I knew I was in trouble because 1. we were having this discussion in front of the receptionist in the front of the spa, 2. The receptionist recognized my confusion and responded instead of the technician. I pointed out my area of concern and then went back into the room. The facility was nice, but nothing as amazing as the other reviewers described. I got undressed and we began the scrub. The technician acted as if this was the first body scrub she had done. She was overly concerned about keeping me covered, yet minimally concerned about doing a good scrub. She had finished and asked if there was anything else and I had to tell her again about the area I wanted her to concentrate on. She did a quick once over and then considered it done. She told me were done and said "Oh I forgot how messy these are" and handed me an extra towel to wipe off with once she left the room. I would NOT recommend LaserRX for any body scrub and question if I would recommend them for any spa treatment other than hair removal. If I could I would get my money back. I don't know who wrote the other reviews, but my experience did not even come close to theirs, so I question who actually wrote them.

o my gee golly gosh you have to go to Laser Rx. it is an awesome, the people there are so nice and helpful I love going there and i go almost every day. The massages are the best I get a massage from Paula and she is so friendly. I love the wraps it is sooooooooo relaxing I would not go any where else in the whole wide world. I want to tell every one so when I found out about this I was ecstatic so this is my way to tell the world also I love getting the unsightly hair removed I’m telling you I was so tired of shaving the then thoughts razor burns stinks now I don’t have to save because of the hair removal I can jump into that swim suit without worries about the bumps
