Burger is over priced, always undercooked. I've been to a few of these francises in Phoenix. Over-priced, under cooked burger -- fries cost extra. The place really does nothing for me. The Desert Ridge location service was good, but the food quiet frankly is just not good. Want more for your money head over to the in-out Burger at Desert Ridge. At least you get what you pay for.
