Really nice office & GREAT people!. Kara is wonderful! She makes you feel completely at ease, and does a great job. She is very quick and thorough. The office is very nice and in a great part of town. Kara is never late with her appointments, and I would definitely recommend her to everyone!

Painless bikini wax!!!. Kara is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and simply a pleasure. Her studio is relaxing and immaculate. I see Kara every 5 weeks for a bikini and brow wax and a facial. The wax is honestly painless and her facials are a necessity. Also I use many skin care products that she sells exclusively. Her skin care product knowledge is extensive and she knows exactly what is right for my skin. I recommend Kara?s services to anyone and everyone!!!

Kara is the best!!. I have been seeing Kara for a little over a year now. She is fabulous!! Kara is passionate about skincare and, as a result, continuously educates herself on new products and treatments. She has refined my skincare routine and always has time to address any questions or concerns that I may have. She is also very skilled at waxing. I have been waxing my eyebrows for over ten years now and, like most woman, have had some pretty bad experiences. As a result, I don't trust many people to shape and define my brows. Kara has always done a wonderful job. I won't go to anyone else. Call Kara - you won't be disappointed!!

I love my brazilian wax and brows!!!!!. Kara is a very talented provider of skin care necessities! She is very friendly and kind and made me feel very at-ease during my first-ever Brazilian wax! She definitely knows what she is doing. If you've never had a Brazilian and are thinking about one, Kara can help you become a convert. I'm totally converted because of the positive experience I've had with her. Kara is a brow artist, too! A genuine talent. The parking is super easy and her place is easy to find. It's a chic, lovely, relaxing environment. Enjoy!

A must for all spa seekers!!. My experience at Refresh Skin Care was truly one of a kind! Kara?s bubbly and comforting personality as well as the relaxing atmosphere made the entire occasion enjoyable. Being a frequent spa visitor I was amazed at the amount of compliments I received on my skin after Kara?s customized facial. Kara is sure to become a monthly indulgence for me and many others!!

Best facial in Scottsdale!. Kara, at Refresh, is a true artist and clearly dedicated to providing exceptional services. Her facial is like none other, cleansing, relaxing and thorough. She listens to your needs and preferences and always makes the facial experience feel like the indulgence of a lifetime. She is a rare find and my only reluctance in writing this review is that I might be giving up one of Scottsdale's best kept secrets?

Highly Recommended - Thorough and Custom Facial. My wife has been getting facials for years and recommended I go get one from her favorite place. Kara at Refresh made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I'm used to getting massages and was surprised when she included an upper body massage (arms, neck and shoulder) with my facial. My skin feels and looks great. I plan to go back for more.

Amazing facial, Love the products, Great find!. Kara is simply amazing! I've been getting facials for years and never really found a place I couldn't live without until meeting Kara. Her relaxing space and caring attitude keep me coming back every month. Kara spends the time to get to know your skin type and makes sure to customize the right facial for you each and every time.
