Tips for Junky Trunk Boutique

January 13, 2013

I don't understand any store policy that doesn't allow any cash refund no matter what even within the same day of purchase. Beware of their receipts which state 7 days, for exchange or store credit ONLY.

I finally checked out Junky trunk Boutique in Mesa, AZ since they have been under new management, and I was so impressed. The clothes are adorable and are items that I haven't seen anywhere else. The new staff is amazing. They went out of their way to help me find what Iwas looking for and create outfits that i wouldn't have thought to piece together. I am so impressed with the new owners and inventory. I highly recommend everyone and especially those that had a bad experience in the past to check out the new store. Totally worth it!

I stopped in Junky Trunk last Sunday (learned they just added Sunday hours) and are under new Management. I hadn't been in since last summer. The place has a whole new look and the prices are more reasonable. I had a hard time choosing - lots of cute things, which wasn't my issue last visit! Definitely going back on payday! Seriously - what a HUGE change to this place - and the sales gal informed me they're moving to an even better location next month! Great job Junky Trunk!!!

Totally Disappointed.... I used to be a Junky Addict - for those of you that shop there often, know what I am talking about!

Their clothes used to be great, affordable, and one of a kind. Now - a lot of the same clothes I can find at Nordstrom, with better service.

I was in yesterday - just to check it out - and I used to receive a Junky Addict discount - NOW they expect you to spend $1000 per year to receive a 10% discount - so my discount was taken away from me.

Who spends $1000 at a boutique? Anyone realize we are in a recession - Sorry Junky - this is horrible customer service!

Pure Junk. I kept hearing about this boutique so I went in and checked it out for myself...I was very disapointed there was nothing there that was boutique style. The clothes were cheap enough but made poorly. The jewlery looked like something you got at a swap meet...I was the only one in the store and the girl was so rude she didn't help me one bit....At normal boutiques the customer service is outstanding and they help you find the perfect outfit...They are in a strip mall in the corner so it is hard to see and there is a Name Brand Exchange by this want to be BOUTIQUE you'll find better stuff there.

Simply Average with Less than Average Customer Service. So my mom and daughter were so excited to show me this "boutique". We went in on a weekday afternoon and were the only customers in the store, which isn't bad but seeing as we were the only ones there it would have been nice to be greeted.

The store was so warm it was uncomfortable. Though the prices weren't very high the accessories looked cheap. The clothing was cute but very limited in variety.

My teenage daughter found several things she wanted and we were purchasing. I was visibly uncomfortable and asked if there was a restroom. I was told "no, try next door" When I went next door they said their restroom was just for customers. I went back to pay for my daughters items - still needing a restroom. Our total was well over $200. When I asked "well where do you use the restroom?" She said "oh we have one but I can't let anyone use it, there's boxes back there"

WOW!!! Thanks! I will never go back.

To top it all off...

Within 2 wears one of the blouses and one of the handbags we purchased fell apart. So basically $100 of merchandise down the tube!

Could find the same stuff anywhere. When taking my grandma to the grocery store, I saw this place in the center. The boutique looked like a place worth checking out, but when I saw the assortment I have to say I was not that impressed at all. There was nothing special about the selection at all and most of the brands they carry are burnt out. There was not too much that I found "boutique like" about the store with the exception of some of the decor.

Best Boutique in town. Wow!! to say the least! Junky Trunk Boutique is one of the hottest shopping spots in town! Their prices are very reasonable. The employees are personal and are so willing to help in any way to make sure that you are satisfied as their customer. They sell everything from jeans to tops to accessories to purses to jewlery and its all the latest styles that the celebrities are wearing. Definitely check this place out! Could be in a more visible location but other than that it is simply fantastic!! I love Junky!!

Amazing Boutique. I love this boutique. It is so refreshing to go in and find helpful people. Young girls that really know what they are talking about and know how to put outfits together. I love that they are so helpful. This boutique has style and flare. You will not be disappointed if you shop here.
