Car Wash Manager Robert was called to resolve my complaint with service delivered versus service quoted and didn't resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I was quoted bundled fuel filter and coolant flush service discounted from $300 to $160. They didn't do the coolant and charged me full price for the fuel filter service. As a customer who has been going there since they opened, I'm appalled that all Robert insisted on doing was covering for their mistake after given several opportunities to resolve it - he did not. Please beware before you have them do service.
