Manny provided great next day service. I called due to rattling in my ac unit and it stopped working the morning of the visit. Thankfully Manny had the required part on hand and took the time to repair it on the spot. He was cordial, timely and pleasant to work with. I climbed the roof to view the problem and he explained what had happened. You would be fortunate to get him on your service call.

Mark did a great job at my home informing me of the situation with my air conditioner and my options. I love having options and not being told this is the only solution. Mark is very knowledgable and I will recommend him and George Brazil to all of my friends and family. Very quality and trustworthy company.

Did a great job fixing my a/c unit to prepare it for this summer. Glad to have a reliable company to call now! Your team is very professional and made a point to explain to me every aspect of the repair to me. As a homeowner, I like to be on top of everything so their feedback was great for me and my need to know it all :) Thanks again guys!!

Just had them out to do the SRP tune-up promo that SRP is running right now. I called SRP first and they recommended me to their "qualified contractor list" and from that I chose George Brazil as I know I have heard my friends have used them before, I just couldn't remember until I saw their name on the list. They did a great job, were very professional and really organized with the paperwork that had to be filled out to get the SRP stuff. If I have any problems with my ac this summer, I will surely be calling them to fix anything that might go wrong, they were a joy to work with. Thanks guys!

Crooks. CROOKS, they bait you by telling you on the phone that there is a $59.95 service charge if they don't do the work. This $59.95 service charge is much cheaper than other companies which average $150.00. My hot water heater was still under warrantee for parts but they would not honor the warrantee because they did not install the hot water tank. The tech changed the Thermal Couple. As I was writing the check for $209.03, the pilot went out. (A thermal couple costs about $12.00) The tech then said it was the gas valve and it would cost $545.00. I said that I would contact the mfg., as the part is still under warrantee. I paid $63.38, including tax, for the service call. The tech left the new Thermal Couple on. Of course, it only cost him 12 bucks!!

I then called the mfg. A Gas valve costs $103. I called two other companies that the mfg. recommended. Each will charge $150 to come out and replace the gas valve with the new gas valve that the mfg. is sending me at no charge.

Don't let them fool you with their advertisements and fancy white uniforms. They look pure and honest but are crooks!!! Their prices are more than double the going rate.

I called a plumber that my friend recommended. He put on the new gas valve and charged me $60.00. George Brazil wanted $545.00.
