I love this store!! I ordered my bridesmaid dress for my friend's out of town wedding, and the prices were so great that the whole bridal party from Chicago ordered their dresses there too. The ladies in the store were so helpful and great tow work with. I would completely recommend this store to anyone.

I have never been so disgusted with a Companies customer service! I ordered my bridesmaid dress March 24th, in store but they made me do it online. Thinking since I paid and placed the order online that it would immediately be sent to the manufacturer. WRONG! 3 weeks later I received a call asking what the brides name was, confused as to why they needed her name apparently they were holding my order waiting for the other bridesmaids to place theirs. I informed them I was the only bridesmaids ordering from them, they finally sent my order off to the manufacturer, and I was told to expect it to take the full 14 weeks before I receive it. At 14 weeks I called and they said that 14 weeks is an approx date that it would be another 2 weeks. I called back 2 weeks later, still no dress. I contacted the manufacturer Bari Jay (whose website says it take 12 weeks) She was absolutely no help other than telling me to be patient that my dress would be here shortly & to contact the owner Kim. I left numerous message for the owner which were never returned. I waited yet another 2 weeks and called the W.A.S to get the status, they told me it would ship out 8.13.12 and arrive by the end of the week. I called on Friday, still no dress. They assured me the UPS Tracking said it would be delivered Monday 8.20.12. Still no dress Monday. I have waited over 22 weeks for a dress I was told would only take 14. There excuse for the additional 8 weeks was shipping. Really 8 weeks to ship from New York. I will never do business with this store again!

WONDERFUL! I Advise Everyone to Shop at WAS.... My daughter ordered her bridesmaids dresses, 6 months early, from a different store paying for them in advance and then that shop failed to order the dresses! With only 3 months before the wedding, we began calling stores all over town, begging for help. The Wedding Accessory Superstore stepped-up to assist us. We live in the far West Valley and it is quite a drive to WAS; however it was well worth the travel time. Obviously, we canceled the orders at the other shop and received a full refund; then, except for the bridal gown, we ordered everything for the wedding from WAS. They were extremely kind in the face of two agitated, panicked women. Every time an item arrived in the store they immediately called and emailed us. They understood our persistence in checking with them every few days and each salesperson always met us with professionalism and a smile. I would advise every bride in the Greater Phoenix area to go to WAS and purchase all of your accessories from this shop.

OMG!!!! The Worst Ever, Pull my EYES Out BAD..... The store is Fake. I mean it looks like a store, has things to purchase like a store but is definitely not a real store. Every employee acts to busy to help or has no idea what they can do for you. My wedding party ordered all our dresses from this store and it is two weeks before the wedding and they have not shown up yet. 14 weeks before the wedding the owner said that they could make jackets for my bridesmaids. Now it is again two weeks before the wedding and no jackets, no bridesmaid dresses, and my grandmother was accused of ordering the wrong jacket while in the store with help from their employees. We have been called liars by the owner of the company when we went down to fix these problems. It is Horrible business to call any customer a liar but for her to call an eighty year old lady a liar is unacceptable. Don't shop here please. It is not worth all the headaches and stress.

Good variety and great bridesmaid dress selection. This store has a nice variety of wedding related items. I got my bridesmaid dresses here because they had so many designers. It is also easy to just go and try on dresses without an appointment. I ended up choosing a dress from a designer and they didn't have the specific dress in the store. They compared it to another dress but they ended up being very different. I am still happy. The customer service is weak, but expected since it isn't a small bridal boutique. If you need random wedding supplies, this is a great store.
