Unfortunate to choose this one. Unfortunately, I chose this shop for a hair cut today. I was told my wait was 10-15 minutess. I waited an hour and then watched 5 stylists gathered around the cash register for 20 minutes trying to figure something out. Asked how much longer and was told there were 3 people in front of me - although everyone else waiting had come in and registered at the desk after me. I gave up and left since only 3 stylists were left on the floor - the rest had disappeared to the back.
